[Solved] Completed the update and now the app says startup completed with and that is where it sits
DMV states I have successfully loaded to the mDL, but the wallet states it needs verification.
Screen sats startup completed, but just keeps cycling

Stuck on “Startup Completed” even after deleting and reinstalling. Restarted obome too.
App reported it needed to refresh my data. Refresh opens "Processing Data" message screen. Says "This will only take a brief moment". Still running, showing "Processing" hours later.
After unlocking, the app is stuck on "Processing" and it does not go anywhere. It's been like this since last night.
I am registered. The button to take a photo will not display on iphone SE 2020. Therefore cannot take photo of my license.

at 4 am today, I was prompted to Refresh my CA DMV. It just spins and still says refresh required. As of 10 am
Can not advance through the process. There’s no Next tan to move through the pages
There seems to be no way to scan my license and add it to the wallet. After hitting "I want to enroll remotely" and "continue" on the "Adding DMV issued Mobile DL/ID to the Wallet" screen, the next screen has no buttons visible on it. There are two sections of text, "Verify DMV Issued Card" and "Tips for a successful capture," along with a small question mark button in the upper right that does nothing. The text looks like it's been cut off, so presumably there is a button somewhere below and off-screen. This makes this screen a dead end with no way to scan a license. Android version 12 on Galaxy Note 10
On my iPhone 14 the button to take the photo of the license is not accessible.

When trying to take biometric image, i keep getting Error Code 403. Which is I guess connection issues. Now when I try to open the app. I get message app is undergoing Brief Maintenance.
