How to fix Bliq app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Bliq app on iPhone
Update Bliq app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Bliq iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Bliq on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Bliq network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Bliq app issues:

Force Stop the Bliq App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Bliq app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Bliq to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bliq App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Bliq app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Bliq.

Fix Bliq unable to contact server/ Bliq internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Bliq » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Bliq » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Bliq on android.
