Every time I try to add a room to my house on HomeByMe, the loading bar always freezes on the last step of loading. It doesn’t move. I have just waited 5 minutes for it to load and absolutely nothing is happening. I thought this app looked good but clearly not. Waste of time.

Since a few months ago, every time I try to work something on homebyme, it freezes and/or crashes. I have a couple of projects I can't even show to others due to the fact that it stops responding to any command as soon as it loads up. I tried different browsers to end up with the same result (win 10 with all updates, Brave, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Vivaldi etc.)

The webpage does not allow me to even create a project. It says loading and does nothing. I would like to it out before upgrading. But I cannot even do that. Please help me out.

I can't select my walls on my ground floor in 3D. Like I can see them, but whenever my house hovers over them or if i try to add wallpaper it doesnt work. weird. also all my colour has disappeared from them and theyre all just plain white now. cant change them

The app worked great for 2 hours and then suddenly it crashes every single time. I can't load my projects. I can't design, anything. It keeps saying the browser version is not supported. I have cleared the cache, and deleted browsing data, what is the issue? I was really enjoying the webpage!

Me too! Every single time I open a project and start working on something, it bloody crashes/ freezes and I ahve to log out and in again. what a waste of time!!!SORT IT OUT please.

I have been enjoying HomebyMe for a long time on my desktop computer and it worked perfectly. Lately, every time I log in and want to edit one of my projects, everything freezes and the browser is not responding anymore (Firefox) Yes, I cleared history and the cache and yes I tried another browser (Google Chrome) and nothing works, it starts downloading a few images and then it freezes. I logged in and out again, refreshed etc..to no avail. Thanks for your help, Christine
