I am getting an app.soundtypeai says undefined error when trying to retrieve a transcript.

I tried to record an hour lecture and the app behaved as if it was working by the time clock. However, after pausing and then saving, the app got stuck in the waiting to transcribe phase and HD to be terminated after two hours of non-performance.
