I can not open the infinite painter app because it it crashing before it can load. Everytime I click on the icon it doesn't work and doesn't open. It keeps saying the infinite painter is not responding.

I was testing brushes and using source layer but when I tried to use the fill button, the app crashed. I only have 3 layers so it's not a big project. Tried it again and it crashed, Tried it once more then it doesn't crash. Anyway to reduce the app crash?

I was working on a project and I used the brush magic wand tool, but all of a sudden it turned black and crashed. I'm unable to restore it, and I was wondering if there is any way that I can restore that specific project?

How to fix Infinite Painter app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Infinite Painter app on iPhone
Update Infinite Painter app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Infinite Painter iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Infinite Painter on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Infinite Painter network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Infinite Painter not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Infinite Painter App
1. On android, goto Settings » Infinite Painter » click [Force Stop]

Update Infinite Painter to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Infinite Painter App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Infinite Painter » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Infinite Painter.

Fix Infinite Painter unable to contact server/ Infinite Painter internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Infinite Painter » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Infinite Painter » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Infinite Painter
