This the second time that you or Bridget has hit me with a late payment I have over $4000 in my checking account, then I can’t get or speak to a real person , but when I did to change my address information you charged me $33 that absurd , I am paying this as of now but by next month I’ll no longer be using your service , AI is ok in some aspects but real people count , so I guess next week I’ll be talking to Bridget, it probably won’t matter anyway. Just let you know I WAS happy with the service , thank you
Bridger is terrible on IPhone
I filed a claim,and I don’t have any answers and changes. How long I need to wait for your answer?? For what I paid money every month??

this app app needs to be fixed or updated. Needs new features on it and main thing is that Bridger will not allow me to make a payment.
Terrible app. Keep trying to set up automated payment and it doesn’t work. Tried reaching out via email, phone, text message and no response. Terrible customer service.

I have never reviewed apps. Bridger and company is that terrible. Literally so close to pulling my hair out when trying to make a payment or reach customer service. Bridger doesn’t work at all, doesn’t let me make payments and doesn’t show billing statements for when I’ve made payments. I have to call to make a payment and good luck trying to get in touch with their customer service department. I’m on hold for like half an hr everytime and get lucky if they even answer.
App does not work properly.
Constantly having to put in my credentials to log in is frustrating
Bridger does not work well, is super glitchy and not user friendly. It also charges the user $6 everytime.
Every time I get the form and pay it, it doesn't allow me to make a payment, and it always stays blank.
Bridger doesn’t let me pay my insurance early, it’ll let me put in all of my information but the moment i press pay Bridger just gives me a black screen and never ever loads
I would like to make a payment but always charge an extra fee! Why??
It’s a great app, easy to use, but the main issues I have are having to write down my policy number every single time I log in. Also, the processing fee is too expensive.
I wish we didn’t have to remember our policy number to login. I wish we could just username and password but everything works perfect for me . Thank you
