This is the most useless app i have ever used when it comes to traveling. eGovPH only asks for the ticket, name of your destination, passport, and a picture that does not even matter if that picture was today or 20 years ago. It does not even matter if any of the information you inputted were valid as long as you have a picture of the passport. At the end of the day its just TICKET AND PASSPORT anyway.

Why can’t you declare the whole flight going to and coming back in one declaration? Why the need to redeclare? eGovPH just makes it impossible for older people to visit their home country. How would an 82 years old lady be able to redeclare her flight back to US? She couldn’t even call us since she doesn’t know how!

eGovPH should only be for convenience not a requirement. Its ridiculous to expect people to just magically know what to declare in this stupid app.

It is very important that we can check our account like Pag-ibig, SSS etc. But it keep on telling I have to visit the nearest branch! Even I successfully changed the password nothing happened. Useless! And if you will go embassy they will just direct you to the money changer where you can pay there. How about our concern how can we get answer?

Will not allow me to sign in with my email address and when I change it to use my phone number, it will not allowing me to change my country code. The online version will allow me to do all I mentioned above.

We cannot get through in the apps. Failed to send SMS is showing when we signed up. Especially if we choose Kuwait & input Kuwait’s number for registration or sign up - the return messages is failed to send SMS. Failed registration.

Can’t believe that eGovPH requires bio data info for it’s use. Anyway, i don’t know if i trust eGovPH gatekeepers with my bio data.

Too early to be released, its not yet working especially the linked services like eJobs and login to other govt services.

I commend any country for trying to making exit and entry easier, and eGovPH is a great start, but it still needs a ton of work.

There are SO many bugs. Just a few I’ve experienced: the login PIN I set sometimes doesn't work. eGovPH takes a bunch of passport photos in sequence (so you get three pics before you can press the button, even though you only need one) and doesn’t automatically format it in portrait orientation. My passport photo got rejected because it wasn’t clear enough… even though it was. No idea why the team behind eGovPH rejects passport photos so often. eGovPH wouldn’t let me login with a password or PIN in the airport, but the next time I opened it at home I’m suddenly able to log in via Face ID, no problem. The list goes on.

eGovPH can be a bit confusing to use. Registering travel, for example. It was confusing where to put my birth country versus the country I came from during travel. The dates are weird. It didn’t let me select the actual flight that I came on. Etc. And there needs to be a clear delineation between an entry/exit flight and just registering your passport for the account.

It’s better than how immigration was before, that’s for sure. I was through the immigration queue in a quarter of the time compared to before. Hoping eGovPH irons out the issues to make things as easy as it is when entering other SE Asian countries. Props to the dev team and PH gov on their work so far.

I made an account through eGovPH earlier in June. When I tried to re-access that account, it made me create a new one with the same email I used previously. I cannot verify my new account because my mobile number is “already taken,” so I don’t know whether or not my previous account is deleted. I’m very frustrated.

Can use a few tweaks and refinements but overall, well done.

Awaiting to finish the other services

Make it more faster to open. Sometimes when you open eGovPH it’s logging or sometimes it’s slow to open…

Do not use multiple choice “or” with one question its confusing to understand be specific directly to point

One stop shop for all goverment concerns. Hope this will be consistent and progressive. Keep up the good job!

This process was seamless and easy to use. As long as one follows instructions, one will get through this process painlessly.

Very user friendly, except for the picture taking that I have to remove my eye glass and could not read the instructions. It’s better to read the instructions first. Di tuloy ako maganda ahaha!

The most recent update is the best so far. Two suggestions:
- How about putting an option to check box for Dual Citizens and being able to enter both Passports (if they have Philippine passport and foreign passport)?
- Ability to enter 2 mobile numbers

Best thing they ever did since I wasn’t able to receive my actual identification card since i am in a different country now.. but i wish more establishments would accept this digital identification. We still have a long way to go.. great app though! More improvements Ph!!

eGovPH is functional and I can see a certain level of integration with government documents. Suggested updates for future versions 1) please integrate traffic violations 2) government licenses 3) visa immigration travel history (if working outside the philippines) 4) oec (balik manggagawa). so far, so good. keep up the good work!

Easy to fill out step-by-step instructions

I kept sending message to chat support but you all are unresponsive. It’s been 4 days of me waiting for you to verify my account. I got a notification saying that KYC failed yet there is no option to redo the KYC verification process. How can I comply if it is like that? Fix your app

Happy to see that we now have something like this. Although there are still a lot to improve on, the fact that we now gave an online platform that connects travelers, local and foreign nationals, to government services is definitely a huge improvement.

It is easy to navigate within eGovPH .

After so many attempts with live camera. I finally have a picture. I just got so confused on why it kept doing it so many times. Good thing I keep trying. It seems that I can’t see my first review or undo it. Oh well. I look forward on the improvements of eGovPH.

I have not been issued a physical pvc national id card and i am amazed at how easy I got my own DIGITAL VERSION OF THE NATIONAL ID!! Thank you for making it available online and likewise available in my mobile wallet. More power to us FILIPINOS. Thank you GUYS AND TO OUR GOVERNMENT.

That’s fantastic! It’s wonderful to hear about the progress in digitalization, especially when it comes to essential documents like our National ID, PRC ID, and OWWA ID. I wish this digital platform will continue to improve because I am an OFW and we are using this platform here in Saudi Arabia to link all our information and ID’s including our passport and it has indeed been at the forefront of digital transformation, and their commitment to enhancing services through technology is commendable. Good online access for everyone!

Thanks for finally allowing us Filipinos abroad to make accounts! I’ve been waiting long, but it seems the wait will be worth it. Problem though is verification for the short-sighted: We’re supposed to take selfies… WITHOUT glasses and STILL be able to read when to look forward, right, and left while the phone/camera is at a distance. Perhaps, an option for some audio-instruction will help here. I’ll try verification again soon.

Update #001: Tried again, but passport-recognition can be an issue. Just when I got the shots, eGovPH timed-out and deleted everything.

Update #002: My account is verified! Yeah! (But I got while I got e-mail notifications of my account’s verification failing the 1st few times, I got 0 notice of the verification succeeding this last time, though. Still…) Quite frankly, I’m impressed with how eGovPH works. The interface is well done, and the range of services seems quite good. Keep up the good work, and keep making it even better!

Update#003: Wow, that was a quick-response of an update! I’m the 1st in my family to make an account, so it’s good to know that the rest of my family (who are also near-sighted) will also benefit when they make theirs, due to my tries & your action. Thanks for your work! I’m looking forward to how this great app/resource of/for the Filipino people will develop. Keep up the good work! Excelsior!

Very Helpful app. Much more helpful than me trying to figure who to contact about government agencies. Its almost like having a smart friend who knows about the government.

Great app. While waiting for your physical national ID eGovPH will provide you a digital ID which is convenient. Other government institutions or banks should also accept the digital ID and its QR code ID. Hope they can also link LTO in eGovPH since digital license is available in LTO. In the future they should also link other LGU site so we can just have ONE mobile application for Philippine Government transactions.

The electronic system now in the Philippines makes it easy to get thru immigration and customs. They are moving out front of most parts of the world. Way to go as I come several times a year for my business here over the past 30 years.

So easy to use. One stop shop for any government transaction.

I am looking forward to the integration of SSS and Pag-ibig

I think this will speed up a lot of the process to get in. I waited in lines very long. Also will help with corruption. I love the Filipina people and love traveling to the Philippines

Hats off to the team behind this initiative! I feel sense of pride knowing that our beloved country has embarked in this type of access available for all countrymen. As an OFW, this type of app is not new to me and my silent wish to have the same is now a reality. I haven’t explore all aspects of eGovPH but I’m very willing to give it the highest rating because it was a great beginning and looking forward for the improvements in the future.

This is a wonderful app for a traveler planning on traveling to the Philippines.

I’m still waiting for my profile to be accepted, after three times submitting my selfie and making sure my information to be correct!
