I applied for an update to my National ID as early as June 2025, but until now it still hasn’t been updated in the eGov app. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is also waiting for it to be updated in the eGov app so it can be printed and released. I’m hoping for your prompt action on this matter. Thank you. I really need my National ID to be updated.

I am not able to complete my EGOVPH declaration because my EVA Air Flight number BR017 in not in the selection menu for flights from SFO to TPE. Please add the flight number BR017. Thanks.

My flight number EVA Air BR017 from SFO to TPE is not accepted by Egov. Thius does not allow me to complete my egov. Please help. Thanks.

Good day! I lost my mobile with the number that I use for my egov account. I tried to delete my account so I could use my new mobile number and I followed the instructions given. The thing is, they sent an OTP using my previous mobile number then how can I proceed? Can I still use my egov account without changing number? Or would it still be safe to use knowing that all my details is in there?
