Good day! I lost my mobile with the number that I use for my egov account. I tried to delete my account so I could use my new mobile number and I followed the instructions given. The thing is, they sent an OTP using my previous mobile number then how can I proceed? Can I still use my egov account without changing number? Or would it still be safe to use knowing that all my details is in there?

We cannot get through in the apps. Failed to send SMS is showing when we signed up. Especially if we choose Kuwait & input Kuwait’s number for registration or sign up - the return messages is failed to send SMS. Failed registration.

Too early to be released, its not yet working especially the linked services like eJobs and login to other govt services.

Will not allow me to sign in with my email address and when I change it to use my phone number, it will not allowing me to change my country code. The online version will allow me to do all I mentioned above.
