HORRIBLE APP

I am new to catch and just created my account in September. Its now November and I attempted to complete a transaction (after verifying my identity successfully) and was told my account was blocked because it was flagged for fraud. How is that possible when I haven’t even completed or attempted a transaction through catch? No one could give me an answer and I’m so glad to be deleting my account. Other app’s are less hassle than this one.
What a waste of time. I’d like to add I NEVER leave reviews, but I want people to be informed.
Misleading App

I was referred by a friend. Was given a credit and was even able to add the card to able wallet. I tried to set a pin then boom my application is still being reviewed. So I reach out to customer service just to be told I need to wait 3 business days. 4 business days past by and then Jenny from catch says oh your application has been denied like huh ? But I already was given a card. The truth is they got wayyyy to many sign ups in one day and didn’t want to pay out the credits they issued!
So happy they made an app!

I love shopping with catch, they’ll occasionally give credit for the different stores that are partnered with them plus you always get cash back which comes in handy when you shop at the same store multiple times! I always randomly check their website for the credits since I don’t use Instagram too often but now having an app makes it a lot easier since you can get easily notified and always stay logged in!
