I cashed out on Sunday 12/14/25 and as of today 12/18/25 I still haven't received my gift card. How long does it normally take to receive?

Do not and I repeat do NOT use this app to scan receipts. Yes, it’s awesome to get cash back on receipts, but they scammed me for all my points.
I scanned for almost a month and a half to get my points to $10, so I cashed out on the virtual visa gift card. It said it takes about 2-3 days to receive it in your email so I waited 3. On the fourth day I still could not find the email from them and even did what they app tells you to do to help. So I submit a ticket and had to wait for a reply, only to be told that all of my receipts from my points were missing merchants and totals. Keep in mind you can NOT submit a receipt without those or at least mine will not let me unless it’s the entire receipt. So anyways, they continued to tell me my cash out was denied. And they were never going to send me anything to tell me or let me know. It was obviously a huge scam because as I said before what was missing could not be missing because it would have never been submitted it they were missing. Do not use this app. Use fetch were they actually work.

Wish I had taken time to read the reviews before I wasted my time. First cash out was easy peezy, now second time with 3 times the value of my gift card earned than first time they say my receipts weren’t valid and were fraudulent, and asked for me to rescan them, uhh who keeps them for weeks??? I told customer service in an email to give me examples cause I save my receipts from Walmart in my purchase history on my Walmart app for one and would send screenshots if needed, they responded 2 days later saying since I had not responded timely they considered my inquiry closed, I emailed back in 10 hrs mind you, I have a job to be at I think 10 hrs is a timely response right, I have the emails for record saved as I argue this mess. BUT back to my first point IF I had read the reviews I would have found I am not the only user the app has done this to! So guess I am to blame, should have done my research, mad at myself very mad at the app and the parent company.

This app is nice to earn rewards, however, it’s a nightmare to keep all your accounts linked— etc. it does not sync data from connected accounts— I’ve had to send customer service screenshots of my orders so they could add the points manually. I’m still missing a significant amount of rewards because this app does not sync appropriately, it’s a nightmare!
Update: I literally have to unlink then relink all my accounts if I want receipts / purchases to sync or they will not. This app needs some SERIOUS upgrades and error resolution. The only reason I continue to use it is because medical bills have literally ran me dry and every penny counts.
Side note: Customer Service/Frisbee App - if you could comment on this review to please assist me further I would greatly appreciate it. Not sure why you have not done that already, but it’s a reflection of carelessness for your users that you have not done so. Thank you.
