Do not and I repeat do NOT use Frisbee to scan receipts. Yes, it’s awesome to get cash back on receipts, but they scammed me for all my points.

I scanned for almost a month and a half to get my points to $10, so I cashed out on the virtual visa gift card. It said it takes about 2-3 days to receive it in your email so I waited 3. On the fourth day I still could not find the email from them and even did what they app tells you to do to help. So I submit a ticket and had to wait for a reply, only to be told that all of my receipts from my points were missing merchants and totals. Keep in mind you can NOT submit a receipt without those or at least mine will not let me unless it’s the entire receipt. So anyways, they continued to tell me my cash out was denied. And they were never going to send me anything to tell me or let me know. It was obviously a huge scam because as I said before what was missing could not be missing because it would have never been submitted it they were missing. Do not use Frisbee. Use fetch were they actually work.

Frisbee is nice to earn rewards, however, it’s a nightmare to keep all your accounts linked— etc. it does not sync data from connected accounts— I’ve had to send customer service screenshots of my orders so they could add the points manually. I’m still missing a significant amount of rewards because Frisbee does not sync appropriately, it’s a nightmare!

Update: I literally have to unlink then relink all my accounts if I want receipts / purchases to sync or they will not. Frisbee needs some SERIOUS upgrades and error resolution. The only reason I continue to use it is because medical bills have literally ran me dry and every penny counts.

Side note: Customer Service/this app App - if you could comment on this review to please assist me further I would greatly appreciate it. Not sure why you have not done that already, but it’s a reflection of carelessness for your users that you have not done so. Thank you.

Wish I had taken time to read the reviews before I wasted my time. First cash out was easy peezy, now second time with 3 times the value of my gift card earned than first time they say my receipts weren’t valid and were fraudulent, and asked for me to rescan them, uhh who keeps them for weeks??? I told customer service in an email to give me examples cause I save my receipts from Walmart in my purchase history on my Walmart app for one and would send screenshots if needed, they responded 2 days later saying since I had not responded timely they considered my inquiry closed, I emailed back in 10 hrs mind you, I have a job to be at I think 10 hrs is a timely response right, I have the emails for record saved as I argue this mess. BUT back to my first point IF I had read the reviews I would have found I am not the only user Frisbee has done this to! So guess I am to blame, should have done my research, mad at myself very mad at Frisbee and the parent company.

Worked great and I was able to cash out once. However, after the October 30 update every time I login it’s asking for my phone number. When I put my phone number in it says that it’s already an active account which is mine and it won’t let me log back in. I’ve uninstalled Frisbee and reinstall Frisbee rebooted my phone tried to both over cellular data as well as Wi-Fi and now it tells me that my phone number is invalid. I’m not sure what’s going on but that update probably wasn’t concise enough. I’ve already emailed support and hopefully I can get back to using Frisbee . Overall, it was wonderful but I don’t think that the error is anything on my end because before that was able to use it every day.

This is a real money making app but the scanning receipts has real issues and their “contact us” is NOT a contact option, it’s basically just a Q&A which is not the same thing at all nor does it answer any of my questions.

The scanning receipts flaw as an example, I have a receipt I can’t even tell you how many time I tried scanning it and no matter what it keeps telling me that there is no date on it even though the date and time are right there in very CLEAR view of the picture. I have this issue with LOTS of receipts and it’s incredibly annoying and I can’t even get help about it.

As real as Frisbee is, it definitely doesn’t live up to as good as the Fetch app.

It’s super dope in the sense that you can literally cash out for a visa e gift card for no minimum limit ( I accidentally cashed out my first time for a 10cents visa gift card that’s $0.10) and I received it in my email inbox within the hour. ).
Sense then I am trying to earn enough to make it worth it TO ME to cash out an amount on a e-visa gift card… I just am finding out that this takes an excessive amount of time to do so compared to other such similar apps such as POGO to name only one as an example. I’ve scanned over 138 receipts thus far and linked 3 emails accounts and 5-6 retail accounts that make available all e-receipts and answered over 10-15 “short surveys “ that they very rarely offer to u . And as of this review writing my total amount earned available for cash out after all of that sits at a measly $1.20 total…

There are so many other similar apps that are much better time spent/ money earned ratio than Frisbee. I suggest not wasting your time and be smart trying a competitor instead.

So far this apps haven’t been so good to me. I have this apps few months ago, since I download this-
I tried right away. At first it will scanned the receipts good. But the longer I did, the error it made.
It kept saying, I have a duplicated receipts even if its not. It kept telling me, that the receipts not seen in total or amount, or sometimes the date not visible even if it is- I have to point out where the total and date. Its annoying that every now and then when I scanned I have to do this. I dont know if this apps is dumb or blind? I just cant undertand. How come it become duplicated some receipts that I only have 1 receipts on certain brand or store? I mean this apps wont really do good on me. So I will kept this apps for a little while and observe how this goes., if I would notice again and again, that there is no difference, I’ll definitly delete this. I rather kept my fetch Rewards than this stupid sometimes scam😩

Not sure why Frisbee has such high reviews. They rarely scan receipts correctly. Like today. Had a receipt from TODAY and I scan it. Then they say oh it looks like this isn’t from the last two weeks. Apparently today is over two weeks ago. I try to scan again and they say oh looks like this receipt has already been scanned. But I didn’t get any points. This happens all the time. I’m amazed I even got receipts to go through and give me points. There’s no way to really get extra points. Their point system makes no sense. Sometimes I get 5 points. Sometimes 10. Sometimes 15. I guess it’s just based on whatever they feel like giving you at that moment. Fetch it 10x better. Only thing this has going for them is you can cash out at any amount. But if I can’t get the amount to go up. Then what’s the point.

This used to be a great app. I used to get lots of points for all my receipts until recently. It has started malfunctioning a lot. When I scan my receipts It doesn’t give me any points sometimes it’ll say I got five points, but then my amount won’t go up at all, when I rescan it it tells me it’s already been scanned. Then it has also started telling me “Looks like we have a little problem” when I scan my receipts, so I scan them again after making sure to get both my total and the date in the photo and then it just tells me “it looks like this receipt has already been scanned” and does not give me any points for it it has been happening more commonly now and most of the time I scan my receipts I don’t get any coins. It’s almost as if Frisbee purposely does it because it does not want to give me coins for my receipts.

Minutes after downloading an app, you’re trying to navigate, and learn everything about it that you can, then BOOM…they’re already hitting you with notifications to give them a review. It’s impossible to give an honest review about an app you haven’t been able to fully use yet. Within the last 5 years, I’ve downloaded several cash-back, receipt-scanning rewards apps. I try to take advantage off all Frisbee offers, maximizing any rewards I can. I won’t mention them, but in my honest opinion, I believe this app has some catching up to do. A reform for the point system is definitely needed. 5 points per receipt is mostly what you’re going to earn. I think with purchases over a certain amount can earn you 10 pts per receipt. The earn by downloading and playing games is a nice feature, but it seems to mostly be the same games offered. The surveys aspect could use some improvements, as well. As in, offer more lucrative survey opportunities. If you’re looking to get rich quick from this, you’re barking up the wrong tree, but you can certainly earn enough to take care of your coffee or snacks each week. I’m still somewhat new to this app, so I’ll update my review after I’ve had enough time to experience what it offers. Ultimately, it seems like it’s worth checking out.

So receipts get u next to nothing and very slowly so I thought I’d give surveys and the games section a try. Surveys aren’t bad but sometimes to lil longer then they say… ex: like 4-5 min survey may actually be a 12-15+ minutes. And I’m pretty quick answering so they should be right about tim they say they gonna be. U do get ur points tho after finishing and rarely do u get redirected to another survey wo points getting points for one u just tried. They are pretty good with the surveys for most part.

Any how the games part is 50/50 …sometimes u get rewarded sometimes they miss a mile stone with ur game goals and don’t get ur points. I’ve even reached out 2x now to customer service and nothin. They still owe point to me for my reaching game goals.

So take it or leave it I say … totally up to u I guess if u have lots of extra time to kill then maybe if not I wouldn’t waste ur time. I’m have tempted after this next cash out to delete bc it’s not as good as others I have and takes to long to accumulate points to turn into cash.

I have much much better apps that u earn 5x as much in less than half the time for Frisbee. Js.

I have been using this app for a few months now and there’s issues that I can’t seem to get answers for, or at least an answer that has resolution like why my e-receipts aren’t being updated and why my receipts that don’t have itemized items being accepted (eg many restaurant receipts). Also the connection for linked accounts has issues with recognizing the passwords as being correct so you end up having to re-enter multiple times (I used auto fill passwords) which is time consuming. Frisbee has its upsides too, I do like that you can cash out any time and there’s multiple options to link accounts such as your banking institution, this feature should allow for more credit IF it synced with your accounts more often. I think it would help if there was an option to manually sync your online accounts like you can with most other receipt apps. Overall without having more control over your this app linked accounts and rules that don’t accept non itemized receipts, I think there’s much better options out there.

I’ve been using Frisbee for a few month's now and just had my first cash out of almost $7 but i literally just take pics of my receipts and not every single one consistently. I will take a week off here and there so if you really don’t miss any you may have better luck. Also the more you spend the more points (aka $) you’ll get once you cash out. There are so many other things like surveys and many retailers you can input your info in connection with on app to receive points (even when you haven’t spent $ that week you still can earn scan points). There’s a list of side jobs and hustles, which I like and seem legit. I like how Frisbee is so easy and contains options for earning more. Most receipt apps I’ve used just have receipt scan option and maybe you can barely earn a little for surveys through them. Although it took me some time to earn not even ten bucks through Frisbee it literally took no time and so I don’t feel I lost anything and as I said I’m not 100% devoting to Frisbee so it was alright. I imagine if you put more time you can earn more obviously but no your not gonna become a millionaire or anything. Using Frisbee is more like a very quick and easy ,drawn out way to get a few bucks here and there.

this app is by far the best compensating receipt rewards app (for lack of a better term) the payouts are very quick a lot of times it don’t even take the 1-2 days
That it’s supposed to. Would’ve given it five stars however, one small issue the last two times I’ve cashed out. I didn’t receive my gift cards the first time I didn’t receive it. I thought I had deleted the email by accident I wasn’t gonna bother with it because it was such a small amount, but I cashed out again. Didn’t receive this one either. I’m sure it’s just a technical issue. I’ll gladly change to five stars when I get it sorted out

I personally love this app it gives you opertunaties to make a quick buck off of money you already spent. It only gives you a couple of cents per receipt depending how much you spent that trip. You can also get more money from any online receipts or answer questions on Frisbee too. You would really have to save for a while to get good amount gift cards. But besides that you might as well get it because you will get money in the end and most people just throw away receipts when you might as well get a gift card off of it. So get this app today!!

I have used Fetch and Receipt Hog for years and literally have tried dozens of receipt rewards apps and account links for rewards including ibotta and Pogo and Drop and Brandbox and so on… this app is by far the most efficient in the sense that it is by far the easiest app to use, the most fair at it’s rewards system, and it is also the fastest to cash out to virtually instantly my virtual visa was delivered within two minutes or less each time I have cashed out! Honestly the only thing I would like to have on Frisbee that is not currently available is the option to cash out straight to my PayPal Account; however the virtual Visa cards I have always gotten almost instantly after cashing out are very easy to add to my PayPal wallet and my Apple Pay so it works just as well for me! I am so thankful to the developers and customer service and every single person who has helped develop and run Frisbee! It offers everything I have been looking for in all those other apps all in one! Now it is ALL I use and recommend to family and friends!!! Amazing job!!! ❤️❤️❤️

It doesn’t get any easier than this. Scan the receipt. Done. My first cash out was for a Starbucks gift card for $10 just as a trial run for how long it would take to get it. I had read a lot of reviews, some claiming that it takes a long time to get the cash out option. I don’t know about what they consider king, but I had the card the same day and put it in my Starbucks account. Maybe some users don’t have the patience to wait a few hours. I can wait a few days, I’m not depending upon an app that gives me something (for basically nothing) to supply a need. It’s a bonus, and a great one at that.
Now, as far as functionality, it has never failed, never glitches, never acted weird, etc. it took me some time and doing some research to trust it enough to connect merchant accounts. That being said, I read the fine print and know my legal standing.
Overall, it’s a good app that pays you for sharing your purchase information. Say thank you.

I’ve had Frisbee for maybe 4 or 5 months & I absolutely love how clean & easy their system is. I think it’s anywhere from 3 to 6 cents per receipt, plus there are a ton of ways to increase that amount within Frisbee .
Totally worth it. I just choose to cash my amount out on Walmart cards, which you can then add straight to your Walmart acct. It’s so much less hassle than other apps & you aren’t getting cheated out of all your info & time.
Frisbee has become my go to for Receipt scanning. It really makes it easy to get rewarded for everything. In exchange for your information which is out there anyway, it makes a pretty fair trade. Five stars all around. THANKS to the developers who I know work really hard on this.

After reading some of the reviews, I’m getting anxious about the “ Cashing Out “ phase once I’m ready to do so! Seems like it’s a hit or miss according to some of the users, so what I’ve began to do is save all of my receipts I scan into Frisbee and I’m careful to stay within the rules and regulations! I’m past $25 dollars currently and won’t cash out until I’ve reached at least $50 dollars! Hopefully this is a legitimate App and I won’t have any problems/issues! I am giving it 5 star's ⭐️ until I have a reason NOT TO! I enjoy the simplicity of Frisbee ! I’ll definitely come back and share once I’ve reached my cash out threshold! Wish Me Luck 😇

Still developing and making updates. Scanning reciepts doesn’t take long though (some apps like Reciept jar take *forever* to upload a single reciept) and can get you anywhere from 5 to 25 points. As far as points go, you don’t obtain as many as you would on other apps like Fetch and Pogo. For example, I have 1191 points, which equates to $5.96. They offer 2 points per transaction when you connect your debit card, you can earn points with games, surveys and by completing offers. Interface is basic and easy to navigate. I’d probably put them 4th or 5th on my list of passive income apps. Fetch being first, Benjamin, Pogo and then this app. Caden sneaks in there too though….I’ll do a blog post on it one of these days. Easiest way to earn free gift cards., as long as people purchase stuff there will be receipts, regardless of if it’s a paper receipt or a digital receipt, it doesn’t matter. If you shop in store or online it all works the same has a nice layout and it’s very clean and I like the colors I can see how it will be somewhat complicated for someone that’s not very good with technology or finding their way around a website, but once you learn is fairly simple, I plan to keep using it as long as it’s round there’s a couple things I wish be fixed or changed but I still like it very much overall eight out of 10 stars

I’ve used my fair share of cash back apps over the years and there are many that required a lot of back and forth work. I just wanted something easy and self explanatory. this app is perfect for that. It’s easy to scan my receipts and just let the money earned build up over time. I also love that I have the option to earn extra money just by playing games on my phone. A bonus is the fact that I end up loving the games so much that by the time I reach the required level to earn my reward, I don’t want to delete the game because I enjoy it. If you’re looking for an easy to use app to earn Cash Back, this app is the way to go!

I live Frisbee because it’s easy to use and scanning hasn’t been an issue. I have not cashed out yet, so not sure how that will go. I usually like to wait until I get a decent amount like $20 before I try to cash out. The only problem I am having is with the e-receipts. Some of my accounts won’t link, and the credentials are correct that I am entering. Also, I feel like I’m not receiving credit for my e-receipts either. Only scanned paper receipts. I would definitely like some feedback on the e-receipts concern. Other than that, great app so far! Thanks!

I have had Frisbee downloaded for awhile now but today decided to investigate.. sooooo
I am really liking this receipt app..I have downloaded about all the apps or at least at one point used them and this one would be about the easier one so far!! I scanned about 6 receipt and already earned .78 cents and if it’s true Frisbee would be the fastest money earning by far..
So I’m going to come back and update my findings as soon as I find any more results so stay tunned.

So I recently downloaded Frisbee and I got to 9 dollars and something cents in just a couple of hours so I went to bed and woke up this morning and decided to cash out it took like 2 hours or something to cash out but it let me cash out and ima see if it actually works ima buy something tomorrow with it. I just have a question how do you watch the ads for 2 cents it let me do it a few times but I don’t see that in Frisbee please let me know thank you

You won’t get rich scanning receipts with this app but you can get a few bucks back which is pretty darn nice. It’s really easy to use.. just take a pic in Frisbee of your receipt and after awhile those will add up to enough for a decent cash out. I like that it isn’t pressuring me to buy things I don’t need just to get points or making me go through a bunch of steps to scan the receipt. I can verify that it does indeed pay.. I cashed out at $5 just to see if it worked and all before I wrote this review.

I just discovered this new app that allows you to earn points for scanning your receipts and doing other fun things. Why don’t you come and join me on Frisbee and watch your savings grow and earn a little something for yourself it is quick simple and easy there are many receipts scanning apps, why not make the most of them and earn it may not be a whole lot or it could surprise you and be more than you think Frisbee is amazing. I’ve done All the receipts into money apps out there but so far this is the only app that it is turned straight into cash and you can see it in real time. Most of the other apps it’s points or oddly valued coins that’ll get you gift cards or cash but at an increased value as opposed to the gift cards. Which is good, I do it all year and then have Christmas cards and no need to shop. But I’m saving this cash just for me. Highly recommend, in fact I’m going to tell some people now
