Does not check amount of gift card correctly. Just gives an error. Cannot add gift cards without ordering something first. Bonus cards can’t be used on Maggianos . All in all, this is app is zero out of the three simple things I attempted to do on it today. Ended up having to call in my order.

My first carry out order using Maggianos . Verified valid gift card was rejected “account closed”.

this app promotes a $10 coupon for adding Maggianos but Maggianos doesn’t give an option to redeem the coupon. They offer curbside pickup but Maggianos doesn’t give the option for curbside number notifications so you have to go in.

Deceptive marketing. Brinker used to be better than that. Did you guys sell out too?

Every time I gift card, Maggianos tries to split the payment. If I use 2 $50 gift cards, Maggianos splits the amount evenly instead of taking 1 gift card to $0. This means I have 2 gift cards to keep instead of one. Even worse, is an $80 purchase with a $50 gift card and credit card. It splits $50 on each instead of using the full gift card. Then when I have an $80 charge with the $10 gift card and a credit card, Maggianos believes $10 is not large enough to split evenly so the full charge goes to my credit card. It has failed 3 times to use the remaining balance on my gift card. This is even after it shows it reduced the amount remaining by the $10 gift card balance.
