How to fix CloneAI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CloneAI app on iPhone
Update CloneAI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CloneAI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CloneAI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CloneAI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CloneAI Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CloneAI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CloneAI App
1. On android, goto Settings » CloneAI » click [Force Stop]

Update CloneAI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CloneAI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CloneAI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CloneAI.

Fix CloneAI unable to contact server/ CloneAI internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CloneAI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CloneAI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
