Trying to cancel subscription. Advise please
I have been trying to contact your customer service support team but have not received a response. I was charged $6.99 for a 1wk "free trial" subscription. I have tried to cancel it but cannot find my subscription. It is not in my google play store, I simply cannot find it and you all don't show a subscription yet today you charged my bank an additional $24.99! I want all charges to me stopped immediately. My subscription is to be cancelled immediately! I want my money refunded. The app didn't even work for me when I did try to use it. It used up the points I had on 2 things I didn't even ask for. Had it worked I might have kept using it. Lastly, it's really sad that you all don't provide a phone number to reach your customer service. That speaks volumes. Christla Gore
I accidentally purchased today a year package thinking I was paying for a week to try. I would like to cancel and get a refund right away. I tested 2 pictures and the results are really bad. Please resolve and provide refund.

I created a few things until my app started glitching out on the custom hidden generator and then it would force close, not finish and still took my credits… happened several times after finally realizing that it was still taking forever to load and lost hella credits. If this problem is resolved then I will change this review but until then beware if spend your money like I did.

I subscribe they collected more than $9.99 per month but still couldn’t access the app, then I tried again they collected all my money from my app shop leaving me with nothing, this app must be removed from the App Store

I pay for a yearly subscription with them that clearly stating that you’re limited I’m making videos for 10 dollars a month if you can only edit 40 videos a month and the videos you edit you can only edit 10 seconds at a time so for 10 second video you already edited one of your credits. If I knew you had to keep paying money to keep editing videos, I would’ve never got the subscription. It’s a great at works well cool effects. But not worth it if you have to keep paying to edit 10 second clips. Don’t Get It!!!!
