Unable to get discount on order, was given standard discount with order but not the 60% off the sale item!

I have had many issues with WoolxMerino being wonky, having orders kicked out, etc. Also, it is hard to locate a customer service number in WoolxMerino .

Maybe there is an easy answer for this but I just used WoolxMerino for the first time today and found, while looking at the clearance section that many of the sale items were actually more expensive than advertised once you clicked on the item. Seemed misleading to me.

As 'tlfresno' has expressed- 'desirements' of marketing and 'requirements' for users/buyers are distant from each other.

A compelling value prop ought to be out front...unless fashionistas, compulsive & conspicuous consumption buyers are the target market. Making 'us' hunt for details to build the value proposition might not be best for everyone's collective interests.

I have multiple items that I love from this brand. WoolxMerino is overall decent but you can’t see or sort all the product reviews, it only shows a selection of five star reviews. To see all reviews or sort them, you have to go to the website. Also I had a gift card that I loaded into WoolxMerino when checking out, still had money on it. The gift card balance doesn’t stay loaded in your account, you have to go back to your email and reenter the gift card number if you want to make another purchase. I’m also not seeing a way to check the balance of the gift card (no I don’t want to contact customer service!).

This isn’t specific to WoolxMerino but it would be helpful if product listings would disclose when the fit of a product has been updated compared to prior seasons. And like actual descriptions not just we updated it to be more like X and Y tops. There’s no way to know about changes to designs unless you ask customer service before you order anything, or you’re part of the brand’s private Facebook group. Would save a lot of trial and error in ordering.

Will Woolx consider a tall option. Capri length is just not warm to us 35”+ inseam legged girls. Your product looks amazing but I can’t justify it if it’s going to be too short.

WoolxMerino works flawlessly and has some great features like order history. But the Product Description and Fabric for items in WoolxMerino are lacking. It’s missing the features, fabric, specs, weight and washing. I always read those so I had to keep pulling items up on the website to access the Product Description so I could order on WoolxMerino .

I enjoyed wearing my WoolX v-neck tees as well as the comfy dress during my tour of Ireland. I hope to see a new variety of cheerful colors available in the future. The black in both products worked well for now. I wore the short dress with tights on the way home and was liking not having to deal with belted jeans while going through security in Shannon, London and Chicago. 🤓

I bought two tops and love them. Just bought two more. I’m a fan!❤️

I was so surprised by the quality of the items I ordered from my first order at Christmas. I saw there was a special for New Years so I went crazy and went to check out, but there was no code to get the discount. I procrastinated as to whether I wanted to order without the discount but hoped that the company would make it right. I ordered the items and wrote a email to customer service. Meghan from customer support did not disappoint, she issued a credit for the amount of the discount!!! What a GREAT company and GREAT customer service!! I immediately placed another order!

Quick questions:
1. I understand deodorant or antidepressant can damage the fibers of the merino wool. What does everyone use for sweat?
2. What type of detergent do you recommend?

I love the Stella petite leggings. Wore them for the first time today, they are so comfortable and completely warm in 20 degree weather. The best! I just bought a second pair.
