When I try to register account, after entering email, it sends code but does not allow a second even to enter to code and shows message to trying again after some seconds and it keeps on repeating.

I just installed a solar outdoor camera (Absoke 2K/4MP Outdoor Solar Security Camera). There were no instructions so I have problems with the camera. I downloaded the trishome app on my phone and I inserted a SIM card in the camera. I signed up for the "cloud." I want to know how to download photos from the camera to SIM card and my computer. Please tell me where I can find all the information I need. Thank you.

Unfortunately the bird feeder had good reviews on Walmart website but the app you have to use with it is horrible and not user friendly. It took two pictures the day we set it up and now it’s not automatically taking pics for some reason and can’t find anything to help troubleshoot. No tech support. I’m sure Walmart will say to contact producer but there’s no way to do that. I will be returning it and buying different brand.

Poor in comparison to other bird feeder apps

I own over 20 bird feeders with cameras and recently added a new one that uses the Tris Home App. I returned the feeder mainly because of the app. It does not provide any settings for video resolution, does not have a sleep function, only provides a maximum of 20 seconds of video, and makes it very difficult to find and retrieve images stored on the SD card. If you do not have an SD card installed you must subscribe to their cloud service to access any of your images. It also gives a lot of bogus notifications of loitering and has not recognized or identified any birds. Other apps are MUCH better, Vicohome and Soliom both offer all of the features above and allow a maximum of 3 minutes of video. I will not purchase another feeder that uses this app.

I hate the pop ups. I just want to check my cameras. And be able to check them fast. But noooo. Cant because the stupid pop ups that ask “a discount for cloud storage is now available” yeah. Its always available. The same pop up comes up everytime no matter how many times i click “never show this message again” if I wanted to purchase storage I would. Thats why I bought internal storage. Stop.
And the whole loading the 4 cameras at the main menu then you select the cameras and then loading them again?? Then loading AGAIN when you select a specific camera.
