I thought this was going to be a decent camera when I first received it in the mail however I was wrong. First Off, could definitely do without the loud voice that’s not very clear to understand. Second, was prompted to turn on Bluetooth so I did and kept receiving same prompt telling me to turn Bluetooth on as if I hadn’t. Third, app shuts off in the middle of set up constantly, even when fully updated, plenty of network, and camera already reset 🤷🏻‍♀️ Gotta say I’m really not a fan.

I hate the pop ups. I just want to check my cameras. And be able to check them fast. But noooo. Cant because the stupid pop ups that ask “a discount for cloud storage is now available” yeah. Its always available. The same pop up comes up everytime no matter how many times i click “never show this message again” if I wanted to purchase storage I would. Thats why I bought internal storage. Stop.
And the whole loading the 4 cameras at the main menu then you select the cameras and then loading them again?? Then loading AGAIN when you select a specific camera.

Would be great if the log in screen would let me in, instead of keeping me on an endless log in screen loop. Contacted the company and they want me to reset everything to defaults but they’re not even sure it will work (already did that last night - didn’t work). The bird is already building in there so I don’t want to disturb it. It works on my fiancés phone but not on mine. Can’t get an answer as to why, and this has been the most frustrating piece of technology since dial up internet. Would recommend a different camera system.

Unfortunately the bird feeder had good reviews on Walmart website but TrisHome you have to use with it is horrible and not user friendly. It took two pictures the day we set it up and now it’s not automatically taking pics for some reason and can’t find anything to help troubleshoot. No tech support. I’m sure Walmart will say to contact producer but there’s no way to do that. I will be returning it and buying different brand.

I own over 20 bird feeders with cameras and recently added a new one that uses the Tris Home App. I returned the feeder mainly because of TrisHome . It does not provide any settings for video resolution, does not have a sleep function, only provides a maximum of 20 seconds of video, and makes it very difficult to find and retrieve images stored on the SD card. If you do not have an SD card installed you must subscribe to their cloud service to access any of your images. It also gives a lot of bogus notifications of loitering and has not recognized or identified any birds. Other apps are MUCH better, Vicohome and Soliom both offer all of the features above and allow a maximum of 3 minutes of video. I will not purchase another feeder that uses TrisHome.

I have TrisHome for my new smart bird feeder. The camera quality is excellent but TrisHome is horrid!! There’s no way to customize anything! Particularly the notifications, you can’t snooze alerts or pick which alerts you want. I was getting a low battery alert every minute!! So not only was my camera battery dying it made my phone battery deplete rapidly as well! I’m thinking about returning the feeder because the software is soooo awful! I would give it less than one star if possible!

I have blink cameras and ring cameras which I never have had problems with so I bought this as an extra and boy, what a piece of absolute JUNK! 1.it won’t even let you connect the camera to TrisHome no matter how many times you try 2.only compatible with 2.4 g WiFi and 3. It’s saying it’s connected but it won’t go online. Just spent 1.5 hours and money from my pocket for a camera that is junk. Use ring, blink, google, Arlo literally I suggest any other brand other then this. Very frustrating

It took us a few days to get the Wi-Fi to work for this camera. We like how clear the images are. However the AI with identification of various birds is a great disappointment. It can clearly identify some of the birds but not many others. For example a house finch came by and it was the male brightly colored Red headed with the brown body it clearly was the house finch but the camera identified it as a Cardinal when it clearly was not. This disappointed me. I will continue to use this camera as it allows my ailing husband to watch the birds come to eat. It’s nice to be able to get up close to these wild birds. The AI programs need some serious work. I would not recommend this to anyone else If they are serious bird watchers.

I’ve had the cameras for almost a year and all of a sudden I can’t find any of my presets that I had set. I’ve looked everywhere on TrisHome and can’t figure it out. It used to be under where you could move the camera around but it’s not there now…cameras still work great though.

TrisHome is hard to setup and navigate. It took several attempts to connect to the internet. I finally got it to work properly and seems to be doing fine. The on line website is difficult to manage and I am still working through it. I am pleased with the general results so far.

It was extremely easy, set up and easy to navigate, and I have not had any issues out of the cloud storage. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home security system.

I had difficulty at first with set up but once I got past that I was able to set up both cameras exactly how I wanted to! They are inexpensive and work great thus far! Hoping they’re as secure as they say they are!

I like the fact that there are 2 cameras; one that stays on an object at all times and another that u can move around and see other things. The picture is really clear and that surprised me bc the camera doesn’t cost much. Thank you.

This is my first Smart Bird Feeder and I’m looking forward to trying out the AI “smart bird identification” feature. TrisHome has been easy to navigate and the camera linked immediately (I like the voice prompts that occur in both TrisHome and the camera itself). I was surprised to find a long list of FAQ’s, help videos, and expanded instructions for a wide range of subjects related to TrisHome , the smart cams, and the various types of bird feeders, houses, and other smart/camera devices that TrisHome supports. I purchased a MicroSD card but it seems that you must purchase the cloud storage in order to access the AI “smart bird identification” feature, so I’m going to try both (the microSD card & the cloud storage) and compare/contrast the features and benefits of both. If this works as it appears it will, I think I will be purchasing more of these smart bird feeders and even a bird house or two.

Set up a four camera security system. Had to wire two camera because the plugs did not reach the outlets. Cameras work well night and day. Alarms easily sent to my phone and watch. Would recommend a more in depth users manual.

Camera night vision works well it has a spotlight so isn’t in black and white and love the auto follow and it doesn’t notify for vehicles like most cameras do downfall each camera needs it’s own cloud subscription $40 for several cameras would make it worth it not for just one

Easy set up. Good picture and sound quality. Night infrared vision or ability to turn a light on! Solar power keeps it fully charged. I save recordings of the birds to my phone camera roll. Also linked my IPad without any issues. Customer service is helpful and friendly.

The software app was pretty difficult to set up but had several conversations with their chat. Wish the chat was actually live but they were pretty quick to respond. The cloud storage is pretty expensive but hope to try it and see if it’s worth it.

I had trouble getting my 4-camera security system connected to internet. After much trouble shooting with Live Chat it was determined that my modem was bad. The Ethernet ports were faulty. The customer service rep stayed with me over a period of several days. I am very pleased with the company, the picture quality and the support.

The camera provides excellent photos and videos. The assembly is very easy. The AI bird identification is helpful for learning the types of birds, but sometimes doesn’t do it correctly. I’m enjoying the program as I learn to use it.
