In the age of intrigue parting the waters of communication, particularly banking, leaves little room for error. It took me less than a minute to smile once I had the new app setup, then spoke with the local branch sweetheart that opened my account. Most of that conversation was spent of congratulating each other on how easy, better and more productive we both felt. You could say we both had a brief moment of financial culture shock due to the ease of operation of the new app. We ended the call actually teaching each other things too. It was great!
