i haven’t been able to order anything from KILLSTARUS in months

No matter how I try I can’t get it to accept Apple Pay. And it rejects my address every time. I’ve bought hundreds of dollars worth of items here and now suddenly my address is no good.

KILLSTARUS ’s check out haven’t worked for me for months. It’s all up to date but I can’t purchase items bc KILLSTARUS tells me there’s an error. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I tried to use welcome discount code and it didn’t work in KILLSTARUS .

App worked great for like maybe a week but now you cant save anything to your wishlist. It just endlessly loads. I’ve restarted my phone and its on the newest ios.

Made a purchase from app without having an account
Never received order confirmation or tracking number
Paid with Apple Pay
Tried to reach out to contact and a 404 error page comes up

Killstar used to have unique, very beautiful gothic, vampire and witchy aesthetic clothing but now all their "new drops" are so ugly! Now its all rainbows, checkers and camo... its all just so ugly and tacky, it's not at all like it used to be! none of its unique at all. I used to be obsessed with killstar but now I can't stand anything they sell. not to mention how ridiculously overpriced everything is. it's more like shopping at Hot Topic or dollskill now. i'm really disappointed...

Killstar has a lot of lovely clothes, bags, shoes, accessories… etc! I’m sure we all agree. However the prices are absurd! Over $100 for TWO items.

Also Killstar is super stingy with prices and coupon codes! Today, for the first time in a long time there’s a 20% off code that supposedly is site wide. I added some items to my cart, typed in the code and noticed something was off.

The price was still to high. I whipped out my calculator and realized that I’m actually getting LESS than 10% off. I don’t know if it’s a glitch, since it’s a new app but I’m noticing this happens a lot even with the occasional 5% or if your lucky 10% off codes.

Again love the fashion at Killstar, but I hate the prices and lack of sales and coupon codes. I don’t think anyone has $100 to throw down on two pieces of clothing nowadays.

So I guess I’m more focused on getting key pieces from them, not so much a full fit or haul. You gotta have a credit card or remortgage your house to do that.

Was supposed to get 20% disc but only got 10% it’s my first order here hopefully no other snafu

I do love KILLSTARUS ! Makes it easier! It’s all the pop-ups that bug me. Also I had to log out to be able to use my Afterpay account and pay as a guest. Other than that.. makes it easier to shop and add things to my wishlist!

i've shopped this site before with no issues and when i place my address it says it doesn't ship to my country? I'm in Puerto Rico. I wanted to use KILLSTARUS to get the 15% off discount and i can't cuz KILLSTARUS says they don't ship to where i live. Super disappointed. And of course the discount doesn't work on the browser version.

It’s better than having to open in the browser every time I want to buy or browse. However it still has a lot to iron out. Adding items to a wishlist doesn’t work. It takes forever to bring up the list options that my phone goes dark. Also as I’m typing this review, I can’t see any of what I’m typing and having to rely on my keyboard. So I hope this actually posts.

i do love being able to browse/shop new things through KILLSTARUS and save my favorites. however, there are a few things that don't work so well yet. you're unable to use both a filter and sort how you want to look at items. so if i want to sort what i'm looking at by lowest to highest price AND filter to my specific size, only one or the other will show, not both. you also can't view resurrect items, and some of the clickable links do not work either. i hope that with killstar looking at some of their app reviews, they'll know what to fix and make KILLSTARUS better!!

KILLSTARUS operates quite well and is very comparable to the web page. The only possible negative I personally have for KILLSTARUS is the lack of notification controls. To be clear, you can control where your notifications pop up (in-app, home screen, push, etc); You cannot, however, control the types of notifications that are on. I get frequent advertising notifications that can be frustrating. Besides that, I’m very happy with KILLSTARUS

Cute clothing, and reasonable sizing!

I get all my stuff in Killstar. I love them so much the delivery is fast and they always wrap things up that is breakable. I’ve never had anything broke. Thank you so much Drea.

I’ve been shopping at Killstar for years. I love how affordable and high quality everything is. This new app makes it easier to navigate, add items to your wishlist or cart, see the different categories, look at reviews, and much more. I love KILLSTARUS and I wish Killstar came out with this sooner!!

I love shopping on here. They always have the best coolest clothes ever they’re very expensive and pricey, but it’s worth the money. They always have everything in my size even plus girl size.

It's wicked

I was able to make my first purchase right off KILLSTARUS ! Found something I liked on Instagram and was able to download KILLSTARUS , search, and purchase! I even found some new things to add to my wishlist once I made an account with my email. Easy and a fun place to shop.
