After the last the last update apple pay option is no longer showing. And there is still no live order tracking
I ordered through this app, there was missing item in my order, so I claimed it. My claim got rejected because there are no picture attached. I tried again but there are no where were i can attach a picture in the claim, so i called the call center, they asked to go to the live chat, whom took forever to answer, and when i did not respond for few seconds the ended the chat.
Never going to use it again.
My orders often arrive late, and when i talk to them to complain, they aren’t very helpful. They always say something along the lines of “we’re sorry your order was late, we’ll check with the restaurant/driver” and that’s it. Customer support responds quickly, but they aren't very helpful. If this had happened to me once or twice I wouldn’t mind, but it happens a lot. Bad service
Held my order for more than 3 hours without processing it even though the payment was deducted from my card & when i called they say it was an issues from the bank side afterwards they discovered that the issue from their side and refused to cancel the order and said they will compensate me for the huge delay “ blatant lie “ . They never did after all the frustration they caused .
The customer service is just❌so bad.. my order took more than 2hrs!! N it is still pending. Not everything "free delivery" what abt the service???🤔
When you edit your address it still keeps the same pin from before which results in your order not reaching in time !
No body care of our complaints and if I called to say any problems about food quality and missing items no one care from call center bad customer service
Most drivers cannot understand basic instructions on where to leave the order. Deliveroo wins with driver quality. I suggest testing the drivers with language and delivery skills and not hire them unless they pass. Ask them to place the order in a certain place like elevator and you will see. They will call you and after clear instructions will call you again 5 times because they dont understand. They usually say we are new sorry. Why hire unqualified drivers? Switching to Deliveroo until you fix this problem
Very nice app and with the update it is much easy to use and they added more restaurants and I liked the idea of free delivery because other applications take up to 1Kd for delivery!
I will now always order from this app but please add more popular restaurants and add more offers and keep free delivery and more people will use it in future and these expensive apps for delivery will disappear because they are ridiculously expensive!
I have placed 3 orders and after i paid, this app called me after about 10-15 minutes to tell me that my order was not available because the store is closed, and another reason was because the “this app machine” was not available at the other store.
This is a waste of time and i am not sure why this happened only when i used my cashback voucher.
I don’t trust them with offers, specially. They used to be reliable. Not anymore. Much better apps out there to use and rely on than this app.
Almost all restaurants are rated 4.5+ when searching. After placing the order, Cari shows you the actual store rating which in many times for me was 3 stars or less.

The driver didn't have any experience in recognizing addresses, even when sending the actual location of the house, and a neighbor on the other street was forced to drive him home.
Cari is great and creative , they just don’t have enough variety, not too many restaurants to order from
The application is slow to process and downloading the pictures and menus . Need to be much better, good luck and thank you
Great neat app, food is on time, but Cari keeps asking me to confirm my address each time I order, and lags for a while sometimes, one less star for that.
Please add PACI Number to the address field and let your drivers use KuwaitFinder maps to precisely deliver orders without all these calls and sharing WhatsApp locations which they keep on their phones and are a privacy risk.
