Often late

My orders often arrive late, and when i talk to them to complain, they aren’t very helpful. They always say something along the lines of “we’re sorry your order was late, we’ll check with the restaurant/driver” and that’s it. Customer support responds quickly, but they aren't very helpful. If this had happened to me once or twice I wouldn’t mind, but it happens a lot. Bad service

I ordered through Cari, there was missing item in my order, so I claimed it. My claim got rejected because there are no picture attached. I tried again but there are no where were i can attach a picture in the claim, so i called the call center, they asked to go to the live chat, whom took forever to answer, and when i did not respond for few seconds the ended the chat.
Never going to use it again.

Held my order for more than 3 hours without processing it even though the payment was deducted from my card & when i called they say it was an issues from the bank side afterwards they discovered that the issue from their side and refused to cancel the order and said they will compensate me for the huge delay “ blatant lie “ . They never did after all the frustration they caused .
