Don’t work with them, they are the WORST, they said customer service 24/7 but that’s a lie, if you call on weekend or after hours you could be for hours on the phone and no one will answer. Besides all they say to you is “sorry there’s nothing we can do at this time”. My business has been completely stop bc I couldn’t used my cards even though I already paid on time. App doesn’t work, they take forever to process payments even if you pay by card. You can’t use any gas station, only the selected ones. Avoid having migraines, DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I used the locator to find approved facilities within my network. It gave me 10 different approved locations. I went to one of them and it didn’t accept my fleet card. DRIVENFORFUELMAN doesn’t seem reliable so far.

I always have to call in to make payments. The online pay portal never works.

Just give me a map of the fuelman locations. That’s all I need. I should not have to register for it.

Gas station locations are never accurate, rarely have the right gas station listed. Hard to use.

The application never loads to show the fuel location that is in program for discounts. I can NEVER use this feature. DRIVENFORFUELMAN also take days to reflect payments.

Clean design, easy to navigate. All I want to do is pay my bill and occasionally turn off a card, and this makes it easy.

Every time I open DRIVENFORFUELMAN it has a black screen I force close it and reopen it it logs me in and 3-5 seconds later it closes it self and take me to my phone Home Screen

Update your ******* app. It’s so bad it won’t even load the map with the gas stations. Also It will say they accept the card on DRIVENFORFUELMAN and you go to fill up and you get declined. Has to be the worst card out there.

DRIVENFORFUELMAN has been real crappy lately and i don’t know why i updated my password 2 times for it to say invalid now when i go on my MacBook its fine like make it makes sense

Every single time that I login into DRIVENFORFUELMAN, I wanted to order a new card I get to the first screen, and then every time it goes to the second screen it whites out.

I’ve used this multiple times and every single time it does the same thing. Even when I want to login to tell me where I can get fuel, it does the same thing it’s whites out. They need to fix this problem.

This company is cobbled together and often functions very poorly. DRIVENFORFUELMAN is clumsy, poorly designed and Fuelman breaks it often by unannounced updates that lock you out. Sad that I have to use it.

Do not use as they make impossible to cancel your account.

I don’t have an account since it’s a company card, and it seems to be catered to account holders.

The latest update doesn’t allow you to navigate the map as easier. I used DRIVENFORFUELMAN to locate gas stations where Fuel Man Cards are honored. That’s all I need it to do and it doesn’t.

The understanding of the terms can be difficult and you have to pay every week instead of monthly. It’s a starter card but will definitely seek
something else soon. DRIVENFORFUELMAN barely opens when you try and it doesn’t update properly as far as the balance. DRIVENFORFUELMAN needs some work.

Three gas stations in one day and the addresses are nowhere close to accurate

i have been trying to log into DRIVENFORFUELMAN keeps telling me password has expired to add a new password. i create a new one and never goes through

Not only is their location data unreliable, but they don’t even bother responding to suggested corrections. A gas station neat Oak Harbor, WA is shown 3 miles north of its actual location. I have notified them of this three times in the last two years. Yup, it still shows the gas station “three miles wrong.”

App has been crashing and not working properly. Not sure if it’s because I’m running iOS 18 but hopefully it can be looked into and fixed ASAP

App hasn’t worked correctly for a few weeks now. Does not show the payment or due date anymore.

OMG - this is sooooo much better than the old app!
