Gate Opens Spontaneously

Since switching from the Might Mule app to this one, our entry gate opens spontaneous. We get the notification that “gate opened by remote.” It happens several times of day and night, and we have even been fortunate enough to see the notification and catch it opening and closing. We have tried customer support with no luck and had to disconnect WiFi functionality. The app has rendered has rendered useless the WiFi add-on that we purchased. Very disappointing.

App refuses to connect

We followed instructions and moved to this new app from the Linear app. Have tried for 5 days to the app to connect. It just won’t pair. NICE GO is telling me we need a new wall unit - which makes no sense. The app sees our WiFi and we can see the WiFi from the wall unit. Really stuck right now since we can’t go back to Linear app. Yes - switched WiFi to 2.4ghz too and turned off auto join. VERY FRUSTRATED!

Follow steps to initiate pairing. Select network starting with “GTO.” WIFI shows ‘no internet connection.’ Going back to the app the ‘next’ button is not highlighted.
No idea of what to do next even with the wifi name and password ready.
