I have really enjoyed receiving the free daily emails from Arnold’s Pump Club. I love the health and nutrition info, the workout guidance, the recipes, and the overall positivity and encouragement. Because of this, I have been looking forward to ThePump and quickly downloaded it upon release. After signing up and inputting my info, I was ready to begin. But alas, I was unfortunately hit with a paywall. For a long time, the Pump Club emails have made the point that you do not need to purchase expensive diet plans and if you cannot afford expensive gym equipment or memberships, it doesn’t mean you cannot be successful. ThePump even has a fitness option using bodyweight, after paying subscription. It’s disappointing to be encouraged to be your best self and told you can be successful even if you can’t afford expensive programs only to be presented with - yet another expensive program. Sigh. I’ll stick to the emails.

Another big fan of Arnold and hoping for a great experience here.
I agree with another reviewer that the 7 day period is not long enough to commit to ThePump / get a good sense of it. With a $100 bill coming at the end of the trial I’m not sure I can say yes so quickly.
This brings us to the next thing - $100 is not very accessible for a lot of people and also sets expectations very high. So I’m not sure this is going to have as broad a reach as it could or should (it’s really such great messaging).
On the expectations I think I expected that the instructional videos would be produced at higher quality. They seem very informal and don’t provide a lot of the extra detail that might be nice with respect to form (I really want to be great at form). I would have also expected that Arnold would be the one guiding us through the exercises and if not maybe we’d get an intro to the guy who’s doing them currently.
Overall I think it needs work, but I like the messaging and the source, so I hope it can be improved.

Been using ThePump since it was released and it has been great overall but I’d really like the option to jump into the other workouts without having to do the foundation program first before progressing. I get the idea behind it but as someone who has been going to the gym for years now, I feel I already have a good foundation to go off from.

ThePump is many things. First, it’s a weightlifting app that gives you access to routines and programs that, for someone like me who hasn’t lifted in 20 years, make it easy to be successful. I love watching Arnold, Daniel and Adam explaining exercises. It’s hilarious and gives you some insight into Arnold’s intensity, and the down to earth feels Daniel and Adam bring to the program. Second, there’s also some mental health components to the articles and comments where positivity rules in ThePump and it’s really uplifting. I love logging in and reading when I need to change my mood. Third, there’s some nutrition guidance in the articles. All three tie into the group’s other projects like Adam’s book on nutrition, You can’t screw this up. And the podcast/newsletter. I use all three resources now and have lost a little more than 50 pounds and put on a lot of muscle. It wasn’t easy and required some dedication but the Pump, the podcast and Adam’s book make it attainable without gimmicky diets. It’s been life changing.

Like so many people, I am a skeptic. And I never write app reviews. If an app stinks, it’s a ‘delete’ and I move on with my life. If ThePump is decent, it stays on my phone, and I never bother writing a review on it. But ThePump is different. It’s run by three very talented people: Daniel Ketchell, Adam Bornstein, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Yes, that Arnold. And yes, he actively interacts with members, writes amazing articles, opens himself up to tons of Q & A sessions, and remains a solid rock that everyone can lean on.
But that’s not what got me hooked on ThePump . What got me hooked on ThePump were the customized workouts themselves coupled with the positive attitudes and encouragement from other members. It truly is THE positive corner of the internet. And it truly is a VILLAGE. I’ve been sticking with the program since September of 2023 and my body has changed in ways I never thought was possible for me. And now I’m hooked for life and thinking of ways to give back to the community.
If you’ve been on the fence about joining, trust me, you will not regret your decision.

In 2021 I hit 300 lbs, started to take blood pressure meds and no matter what I tried for the following 2 years I could not lose weight and keep it off. At some point all programs I tried ran out or resulted I me losing interest and gaining everything back.
In January 2023 I got an email from my childhood idol Arnold Schwarzenegger, on a mailing list I forgot about a long time ago, inviting me and 2499 others to be a founding member of The Pump club and app. I singend up. Now in 2024 I am still there, working out 4-5 days a week, lost 45lbs and dropped my body fat to less than 25% which is huge. I eat better, sleep better, have more energy and at age 58 I feel better than I did for at least the last 20 years. ThePump keeps me engaged, the Village is always positive, tracking my habits is super easy and to boot Arnold is there to cheer us all on, answer questions and provide guidance. The team behind this is amazing and ThePump has limitless potential.

I’ve been using ThePump and the designed program I started with for the past few months. There are a lot of positives here including the user interface, programs themselves, and the functions of logging workouts.
There’s still some work to do to offer some of the features other workout apps that have been around for years offer, but I believe The Pump has started with a more solid foundation than those others. I also have confidence in Arnold, Adam, and Daniel to deliver a better experience in the long run than any other app.
A surprising feature I did not expect when signing up is just how positive and uplifting the community is. With all the obnoxious trolls on social media elsewhere, it was difficult to imagine such a positive presence of people online. I hope it stays this way.

This might not be for everyone but it is one of the better workout apps I have used. The communication with admin is above and beyond any other app I have tried and is the main reason I have finally decided to write my first review. When something doesn’t work correctly, you just have to communicate the problems and they work on fixing it. The workouts are great. I’ve run into other apps starting good but then pushing too hard too fast and asking my body to do more than it can handle. This is a new program and there are some issues but if there is a better way for ThePump to work just let admin know and they actually try working towards a solution instead of the runaround thank you for your feedback automated response. Try it out and join the community to make this better than the other options.

I just completed my eighth workout and I am never going to stop working out. I am already stronger. And I’m 75! ThePump gives a terrific video of correct form to follow for each exercise for every workout. Charting my progress on the site is a great motivator. I appreciate the tips. Like how to work my tricep by keeping my elbow close to my head so I don’t hurt my deltoid. I really enjoy reading and participating in the comments in this growing community of positive thinking individuals; and, it’s so beneficial to read the inside track of Arnold’s hard earned wisdom. Ignore the criticism about any software glitch because the software is still being developed- it’s new! it’s fabulous. It’s being perfected. More importantly, while we are gaining muscle we are gaining joy and knowledge from a great man who has created a great team who is creating a great community of winners. ThePump is priceless. Thankyou, Arnold !

I have been using ThePump for about 10 weeks. What most surprised me were the results you could see in the mirror. Better definition and a more balanced muscular look. I haven’t had that before when training on my own. What was a huge bonus was the support from other members on ThePump , in addition to the creators of the Pump village, Adam, Daniel, and of course, Arnold. Getting feedback from all of these people is truly motivating. A positive experience all around. In addition, there are tips on nutrition, training, and mindset. All of these are important in staying motivated while getting fit. There are several training programs based on your experience level (including starting from scratch) and whether you’re looking to build mass or decrease weight. Also, programs with or without weights.
ThePump has been an overall positive experience in my journey of getting fit.
by KnightFalcon18
I’ve been using ThePump for 15 weeks and it’s my far the most useful exercise program I’ve ever used. I’ve had personal trainers, used p90x, and so on but something about the structure of these programs make it incredibly easy for me to stay consistent, which is the hardest part of the exercise journey.
There are several foundation programs ranging from beginner to expert for gym-goers and bodyweight only, with the focus of bulking or shredding. I completed the foundations intermediate bodyweight program for getting shredded recently and it’s no joke. My arms, chest and thighs have gained over an inch each and my waist has shrunk by about an inch as well. Each exercise has videos to accompany in order to show proper form with special tips from Arnold himself.
For the first month or so there were some expected bugs, but the team has been transparent about their work and improvements.
Overall I’m extremely happy and will continue using ThePump.

I have exercised everyday for the past 22 years. ThePump took me to the next level.
I feel like when Goku finally achieved Super Saiyan in Dragonball Z. My weight is up 15 pounds in the past 3 months, my chest is looking huge, and members of my gym are calling me baby Arnold.
Everything is laid out for you in ThePump. I did the Advance, Get Big, Gym equipment route. It tells you what exercises, amount of reps, and the sets involved.
There are videos explaining each exercise. Even though I have been exercising a long time, I still watched them and gained new little insights into some of the form.
I pushed myself harder because Arnold told me when the reps go down the weight goes up. Sometimes I only increased it 5 pounds but it pushed me further.
Finally, I want to commend the team Arnold, Daniel, and Adam. All 3 interact on ThePump and I have had personal responses from Arnold MULTIPLE times on ThePump. How cool is that?
I am a lifetime member and founding member (I got the lifetime when I joined). I get to meet Arnold in person next March 2024 at the Arnold Sports Festival thanks to my lifetime membership.
I feel like when I do, ThePump will have taken me to such a level I could walk onto a bodybuilding stage. My growth has been insane. Its worth every penny.
by ChrisMoMax
Arnold, Adam and Daniel run ThePump . They are always on and interacting with us. I say “us” because we are all in this together. Everyone on ThePump uses the messages / comments feature to support and advise one another. I don’t really have anyone in my life that works out and it’s been hard to choose to use my time for exercise. Too many distractions and reasons to say I should take it easy and relax. My cholesterol and related numbers were all too high for the third physical In a row back in January. I started ThePump when it first came out in April and because of the village I’ve worked out three or four times a week, every week and all my numbers are now on the middle or low end of normal.
Arnold, Adam and Daniel are always working to make ThePump better and I know they’ll never stop. They take pride in ThePump and in knowing how much it’s helping us. You can’t go wrong giving The Pump a try. It may not be for everyone but I can guarantee you will never feel like the time you spent with it was wasted.
by BrightMoon62
ThePump provides a broad variety of weight lifting progressive programs. Weather you’re a beginner with no weight lifting experience and no weights - or a bodybuilder with years of experience and access to full gym equipment or someone who’s in between those extremes - there’s a place for you to start and advance your fitness. I’ve been lifting for 20 plus years and have never progressed my maximum weights forever… and just 3 months on ThePump I’m stronger than ever! But that isn’t really the best part of ThePump. What’s amazing is the positive community exchanges. There is zero tolerance for haters. Another advantage is the straightforward no nonsense nutritional advice without trying to push a particular product or supplement. Try it out and see how fun and helpful it can be to lift!
by CCT305
Just do what ThePump tells you and see results. You will get as much out of ThePump as you put into it. I’m doing an advanced 3 day a week get shredded gym based program. I’ve built muscle shockingly fast and lost weight simultaneously. I’ve worked out in some form or fashion all of my life and I eat a decently healthy diet, however I’ve never gotten results from any program I’ve done like I have with the Pump. I can’t say enough good things about the custom workout plans and how easy it has been to follow and keep up with. The mindset, eating, motivation, and training articles are also great to keep you going with your plan. If you eat a decent diet and do what the program tells you too you will see results. Plain and simple.

Arnold is putting all his knowledge and expertise into ThePump, and it shows. He has a fantastic team working with him. ThePump has workouts, community discussion, and articles. The workouts are programmed by Arnold and are scaled for beginner, intermediate, or advanced lifters. I’ve been lifting for a long time and started with the advanced routine. The workouts feature videos demonstrating the exercises, as well as a tracker with a rest timer that makes it really easy to follow the workout. The first 90 days are all foundational workouts (full body workouts every other day), after which you unlock more featured workouts. I can’t wait to get to those. It’s all set up incredibly well. I highly recommend joining Arnold’s Pump Club.
by Agaved1
I have lifted weights off and on most of my 63 years. I have seen bigger gains here in just 8 months than any other time. I’ve lost 5% body fat and haven’t modified my diet (I was already eating healthy). I haven’t been this strong in a long time.
As a experienced lifter, it took some adjustment to only lifting 3 times a week. I stuck with the Foundation though and started Next Level after. The Next Level is no joke! I made it 3/4 through the program and switched back to the Foundation.
I think the key to the success of ThePump is locking in new users to the Foundation. It helps people new to working out stick with a program and really builds a strong foundation for more experienced lifters.
I also love that I don’t have to think about what I’m going to choose for a workout. I open up ThePump and just do it. If you can’t do an exercise because of limitations or access to equipment (busy gym) ThePump gives you alternative moves.
ThePump also provides a really positive community. Arnold, Adam, and Daniel answer questions, provide up to date information, and allow space to share your wins and setbacks
by JesiDi
The Pump app is amazing! Where else can you workout with Arnold, get to be a part of a community that is all about positivity, and get expert advice about all things fitness and nutrition (Adam & Daniel)? ThePump has so many wonderful tools to help keep you motivated to not only exercise but to be the best person you can be for your family. It has helped me to see what’s really important (being useful to others). It asks you about your vision and shows how to break it down to prioritize those goals with the daily habit tracker tool. The Pump app team is transparent about it constantly evolving and improves every day! It has many programs you can do to at any level of fitness.

Dear Arnold Schwarzenegger,
I wanted to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the significant impact you've had on my fitness journey. In my twenties, as an amateur bodybuilder, your books were my guiding light, providing me with invaluable knowledge and inspiration. They played a crucial role in my success back then.
Now, at the age of 70, I find myself turning to your expertise once again. Your "The Pump" app has been instrumental in helping me regain strength and flexibility. It's especially important for me to stay healthy and fit because I run a sanctuary for parrots. The physical demands of caring for these beautiful creatures are significant, and maintaining my strength and agility is essential to effectively manage the sanctuary and ensure the best care for the birds.
Thank you for being a constant source of motivation and for sharing your wealth of knowledge. Your work continues to inspire and benefit individuals of all ages, including those of us with unique responsibilities like mine.
With warm regards and deep appreciation,
Don Scott

This all started with Arnold’s emails. I loved the healthful tips, solid advice, inspiring stories, humor, and real life examples he provided for health, longevity, and really a happier lifestyle. When I started using the pump app it was like going to a gym that was like Cheers (everyone knew me for anyone that doesn’t know the reference). The price point is great. The workouts are solid. The articles are helpful. The ability to comment on them and interact with other members is great. It really is the positive corner of the internet. People are interacting from all over the world and it has been helpful, encouraging, supportive. It’s a welcome break from some of the rest of reality !

There are so many pluses to ThePump that deciding where to start is hard. Not only do you get guided videos from Arnold Schwarzenegger, nutrition advice and recipes from Adam, and general lifting advice (and more menus) from Daniel, but the entire app is supported by the Village; those of us who’ve signed up for ThePump and the program and wish to make ourselves and others better through the program and by providing support to each other. The positivity of ThePump is amazing; it’s what the rest of the internet should be. Thanks for ThePump Arnold, Adam and Daniel, it’s the one app I truly love to open every morning.
by Needed A Counter
ThePump has been the first fitness focused app that has been engaging enough for me to stick with. The programs and information are top notch and sound with no fads or flavor of the month type advice. The entire community, including Arnold, Adam and Daniel, participates and interacts with each other. We pump each other up for our wins and to recover from our setbacks, both fitness and life related. In the Pump, you aren’t just a person- you are part of the village and we are all here for you 100%. If you are looking for a new way and want to experience the positive corner of the fitness world, come join us. And…PUT THAT COOKIE DOWN!! :)

Been using ThePump consistently for a couple of months. The workouts are detailed and timed to fit your goals. The thought put into designing the workouts is way more than I could do as they are designed from Arnold’s workouts. Press “go to workout” and do the exercises as instructed until you are done. Tracks your reps and weight and progresses you through a series of workouts with levels that change as you get stronger. Great results, my entire body is changing. Takes all the worry out about what exercises to do and how to to them, as each exercise comes with an instructional video.

I am incredibly grateful for the Pump Club app and the profound impact it continues to have on my life. With the support of the village, the engaging content, and the guidance of Arnold, Adam, and Daniel, I have grown both mentally and physically, allowing me to be there for my daughter in the most meaningful ways.
From the moment I started using the Pump Club app, I was captivated by its user-friendly interface and intuitive features. ThePump seamlessly integrates various fitness routines, workout plans, and nutrition tips, making it easy for me to customize my fitness journey according to my goals and preferences. The diverse range of workout options ensures that I never feel overwhelmed or discouraged.
What sets the Pump Club app apart is the incredible sense of community it fosters. The support and encouragement I receive from fellow users in the village are invaluable. Whether I need advice, motivation, or a virtual shoulder to lean on, the Pump Club community is always there for me. It is through this support system that I realize I am not alone in my journey, and together, we can achieve greatness.

I have been fortunate to use ThePump since its inception and continue to be amazed by the team’s progress and relentless transparency. ThePump has amazing content from Arnold, Daniel, and Adam and regular Q&A sessions from each of them. The workout programs are top notch and push you to your limits! The habit tracker has been a great addition and something I have been trying to leverage more often. The team is transparent about everything with ThePump , including when there are unexpected bugs/issues (which is few and far between, which is something I have NEVER seen in any other app.
This is more than an app, it’s a community and the growing positive corner of the Internet. ThePump and the fine folks behind it (Arnold, Daniel, and Adam) has changed my life and I am forever indebted to them for that. Do yourself a favor and download it, you won’t regret it!
by Ljeb6
For years, I’d been content with making my own routines and changing them every four to six weeks. I subscribed to the daily emails and was happy with that. Eventually, I decided to get the trial and was surprised how much I loved everything about ThePump . I was more motivated than ever and looked forward to the daily articles and comments from members. I got a monthly subscription to make sure the novelty didn’t wear off. After one or two months, I switched to the full year and have ni regrets.
The Pump is not like anything else out there. It is completely positive. The content is informative but not preachy. The people in the village are supportive, motivating and inspirational. It has not only improved my strength and fitness but also my outlook on life.
I look forward to opening ThePump everyday but it’s set up so you don’t spend too much time there. This has resulted in less scrolling on other apps and their empty content. It really is just the perfect mix. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using ThePump for over a year now and I highly recommend it. In my 40 and in the best shape I’ve been in, in over a decade. The best thing ThePump has done is helped me build & stick with a routine 1st & foremost.
It has a simple uncluttered straight forward design. The programs are focused strictly on weightlifting and I love that it can be customized based on what you have access to from bodyweight only to dumbbell only to gym equipment as I’ve been slowly building up my home gym. They also post great articles on science based health & fitness along with Q&As from the team and Arnold himself. There is also a great positive community that helps pump each other up when needed & celebrate the wins too.
I see a few negative reviews note you can get the works out online for free so why pay. While at its base this is true (& is true of any fitness app actually), the programs here are already put together & structured for you to use & track immediately. Plus the built in calendars, ability to record your lifts, and ask the team & community questions, I like having tied into one app.
Lastly, the developers have been constantly updating & improving ThePump . They have a roadmap laid out for future improvements, taking in community feedback. So it’s only going to get better!
by JonnyVsRobots
I’m so happy I found The Pump App! Three things make it the best health and fitness app I’ve ever used. First is the workouts. A lot of alternatives I’ve tried overwhelm with options. Pump app is no nonsense- they give you the plan and knowledge you need, no more no less. It’s great to just focus on working out and not get decision fatigue from choosing 100 different workouts. Second is the inclusive and supportive community- Arnold Ketch, and Adam have put together a truly positive corner of the internet to share highly useful and pragmatic information about health and exercise. Lastly is the integration of a habit tracker, which gives ThePump depth and makes it more than just a platform for workout routines.
At 42 I’m in the best shape of my life after fits and starts of working out over the years. Give it a shot!

A year ago, I decided to find a fitness routine that worked for me. I developed a regular yoga practice, peloton power zones and was searching for a strength training component. I wanted to workout from home. I don’t know how I found the pump app but I am so happy that I did. I have almost completed the foundation program and have achieved goals that I never met in my 20 or so years of varied CrossFit/ strength training etc. I can do push ups and pull ups with proper form. My core is stronger (had 3 c-sections). It is the consistency and specific exercises with increased weight/reps. Each workout pushes me to my max and I feel so much stronger. I love watching the vintage video and superb instruction and tips. I get to max out the movement and really gain. My yoga and peloton have also benefited from my increased strength. I feel empowered and excited to move onto the next program! Thank you:)
by The Pump App
This is more than just an app for exercise routines. There is a special community with an incredibly positive bond. As a woman who lifts and plays sports, it is so refreshing to be able to share wins and accomplishments without the negative comments and bullying that exists on other apps. It is simply NOT tolerated here.
In addition to the support of the community, the workout programs are unbelievable. I have never achieved results like this. I have never pushed myself like this. ANNNNND there’s a wealth of knowledge on mindset, nutrition, fitness, etc. shared via articles from some of the greatest experts in the field of wellness. It’s just wins all around. Not to mention that there’s tons of discounts on protein, creatine, and other products, so ThePump eventually pays for itself with 20-30% discounts on products one would be purchasing anyway.
Come join The Pump! You’ll love it here 💪🏽

Sure, with a name like the pump, you may think ThePump is only for big gym rats pumping themselves with supplements of all kinds.
Not even close.
The Pump is a community created by Arnold, Daniel Ketchell(Arnold’s chief of staff going back to Governor days), and Adam Bornstein(fitness guru and diet culture hater(in a great way)).
ThePump ask you questions to find your goals and then assign you a workout plan starting with walking yourself in for focus for the first 90 days or so out to make sure you start with building better habits. On top of that, it also includes an action tracker, so you can make sure you are working toward your best self, not only in the fitness world, but in whatever part of your world that you need it. Finally, you can count on the three founders to personally pen articles in the community section with everything ranging from family life to proper supplementation to form to injury, prevention and recovery, and even weekend schmoozing. oh, and all three of them personally respond to as many comments as possible.
Yes, there will be bugs. That’s what happens when you fund an app entirely by yourself and have a shoestring crew of dedicated people, including the founders, taken care of everything, including customer service tickets. However, they have always been transparent when there are issues, they always fix them as quickly as possible take feedback for future functions.

I’ve struggled to find a good workout routine for years. The Pump has been the perfect solution to what I was looking for. ThePump has a great introductory program to get you moving followed by multiple workout plans based on your goals. It has flexible options to substitute movements based on your equipment and video clips with tips for every movement to help you ensure you’re doing them the right way. There’s a great calendar to help you track your days to lift and rest, and lots of great content on fitness and nutrition. Also, there’s a tremendous social community with people posting about their wins, their struggles, questions, and encouragement for each other. I love it, and I’ll be resubscribing once my initial year wraps up. Last note - there are links to subscribe to Arnold and the team’s daily newsletter. I highly recommend it. It’s one of the first things I read every weekday morning, and it’s full of inspirational and informative content. Happy lifting!

The Pump app isn't just a serious workout app (though the depth and range of the workouts are truly phenomenal), we members are truly a community dedicated to (as Arnold himself puts it) pumping each other up! We celebrate each other's victories, however small, and get behind those members who are going through rough patches--be it in their workout or meals or even life in general. As someone who was in pretty amazing shape 10 years ago but then fell off that wagon, I credit the Pump to not only getting me to once again do real push-ups and show off some pretty impressive muscles, but also feeling like I belong to a group who enjoys becoming smarter about our health, fitness, and lives! Arnold Schwarzenegger has teamed up with a talented duo (Adam Bornstein and Daniel Ketchell) for the best nutrition and exercise info you can find online. and we've started to get together with each other for in person meet ups and exercise opportunities for even more fun! Highly highly recommend ThePump!

I was looking for a new workout option. I didn’t think this would be it- not flexible in the way I’d want it. I figured I’d do the 7 day trial and then move on. Instead I subscribed in just a couple of days workouts. If you use it and put in the effort it’s very effective. For the most part it works in ways that are ideal. Even when I can think of improvements they are already known and planned for.
Call me stunned that an app delivers much better than I could have ever hoped for. Beyond the workouts themselves ThePump has many features that make it both motivating and interesting. I’ve never found something that I’m reading the posts from every time.
I’m a life long athlete approaching 70. I’m so impressed that I’ve found something so great.

If you’re looking for a workout app with character, integrity, and a kick in the behind from time to time, The Pump is for you. The expertise of not only Arnold Schwarzenegger, but also his team, Adam Bornstein and Daniel Ketchell provide you with a well-rounded exercise program, articles, and support. ThePump also encourages members to interact, ask questions and provide support to each other. Arnold, Adam, and Daniel host regular Q&A’s of members and respond back. There are many programs curated according to your exercise level and access to equipment. They have thoughtfully set up a program so all you have to do is follow it. The results show already and I’ve only just begun! There is a treasure trove of expertise on The Pump and for $10/month or $100/year it’s quite affordable and I’m very grateful for them.

I’m in this for LIFE!!!! I am a yearly member and I am loving ThePump! ThePump you guys created has helped change my life completely! From the daily goal setting to the workouts. It is so enjoyable working out now without having to think about anything except doing the work and keeping the commitment to become the best version of myself. The articles and content are awesome. I have learned so much and I’m going into my 8th month. I have seen so much progress and growth in my short eight months then I have my whole life of lifting weights. I would always lift for a while, for a few months and then end up falling off the wagon missing my workouts… ThePump keeps me committed. It keeps me going. I’m EXCITED for EVERY workout!!! I have a passion for fitness and health now! You guys helped open my eyes to the reality and the truth. The best part is having the interaction with Arnold, Daniel and Adam and the Village. I can’t thank you guys enough! Arnold, Daniel, and Adam, you guys are my heroes!! You guys helped change my life and I thank you for that!! 🤙🏼

The care and attention Arnold’s team puts into ThePump is apparent. It’s a new community but it’s already one of my favorites. Inspiring and positive comments from other members are regular instead of rare on the posts that appear in ThePump .
In addition, the workouts and tracker have helped me develop muscle in a way that works for me and has been consistently challenging and fulfilling. Thanks to the devs, the editors, and Arnold!
by CaptainCous
In the past, I would find a workout I like, do it for a month, then slowly drop it as I got bored or felt unmotivated to keep with the energy required.
The Pump is different.
For the first time in my life, I’ve stuck with a workout routine for more than a month (three months now). I used to only look for 20-30 minute workouts because I’d burn out or get bored, but something about ThePump has me working out for an hour without realizing it.
The community is super wholesome. Arnold, Adam, and Daniel are super interactive and on the frontlines working to make ThePump and the community the best they can be.
ALSO, this is the first workout app I’ve used that has me checking it on my off days to see what else is going on lol.
I feel as if the consistency in working out is spreading to other aspects of my life and I feel so much happier in my body.

I love ThePump! I have been doing the workouts for three months now and can see the muscles growing and my fitness levels increasing. It is great to have such positive support and expertise from Arnold, Adam, and Daniel. The workouts are challenging but doable. It is not limited to workouts alone. There is also support on nutrition, mindset, and all aspects of training. Arnold views the members as part of a village where we support each other. We are encouraged to interact with each other and pump each other up. I highly recommend ThePump. It is a great investment in your mind, body, and emotional wellbeing.

I don’t write app reviews, but this one deserves it. Arnold and his team provide scientifically backed information coupled with tired and tested training programs from Arnold himself. I don’t typically pay for apps, let alone subscriptions; but given the opportunity to become a founding member and have access to Arnold and his training techniques and programs was an opportunity I could not pass up. It is the most useful app I have on my phone. The community is great and it’s all about pumping each other up and being positive. Arnold is a legend, and ThePump is a must have for anyone interested in fitness, training, positivity and being part of something no other app out there offers; a team of professionals committed to creating a positive corner of the internet. Highly recommended!!

I cannot explain enough the change ThePump has made to my life. My physical health has improved, i have toned up and lost weight- and it doesn’t feel effortful, in fact I actually look forward to my next workout and hate my rest days. My mental health has also improved. The in app “village” is a really positive community, always looking for opportunities to lift each other up and celebrate all the wins, big and small, that people are experiencing. I am more consistent than i have ever been with my diet and my exercise because ThePump has helped me shape my vision and given me the confidence to succeed. And this confidence and success is spilling out into other areas of my life, I am making more and more positive changes and this is just the start! If you’re on the fence I would seriously encourage you to just give it a try, i was that person too and that split second decision three months ago has changed everything for me.

Honestly, as I have gone into my 40s with two kids, getting to the sun was hard. Then COVID hit and I totally got out of the habit. I needed ThePump to get me back on track with strength training. I have seen improvement in my strength and body shape. It takes all the guess work out of exercising. Of note I am on the body weight program and just use a pull up bar and no other equipment.

I love the workouts in ThePump. Feel like I am really making some progress. However, lately it does not save my full workout. The first exercise is always replaced with a duplicate of the last exercise. Couldn’t find anywhere else to report it. Other than that, I love ThePump , the workouts, and the short videos of instruction from Arnold and his crew showing how to do curtain exercises.

I have worked out most of my life and never thought much of fitness apps. Having been inspired by Arnold most of my life, I decided to give ThePump a shot.
Let me say that it has by far exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I am in the best shape of my life and ThePump has coached me to be consistent with all phases of my training.
The customer service is top notch and there is full transparency with everything that is updated and improved. I have already referred a number of friends and they are all extremely happy with their results too.
Plus, Arnold drops in to pump people up, give advice, and share his own personal experiences from his fitness, movie, and political careers - now how much better could that get?

I’ve been lifting weights with purpose again for over a year after a long layoff, but I’m noticing huge gains the last 3 weeks since I joined ThePump . It helps beyond giving you a routine by tracking progress against past lifts, setting rest periods between sets and keeping you moving. As someone who lifts alone it also drives a focus on not cheating a rep, exercise, or set based on how you record your efforts.
I’ve been making better nutritional choices and building a routine, but the articles and content are expanding my knowledge and giving me tons of great tips.
The biggest part is the positivity Arnold and his team drive and the sense of purpose and accomplishment ThePump drives. Some of the lifestyle tips are helping me improve routines beyond exercise that drive better quality of life.
For anyone who wants to improve their fitness and themselves as a person ThePump is a fantastic tool.

This is the best fitness app in the world. I’ve been using it for 6 months and it’s completely changed my life.
What’s more this is also the positive corner of the internet. Arnold and his team have cultivated an incredibly supportive community. You will feel pumped up and encouraged by all the amazing people working alongside you. It’s such a breath of fresh air in a really negative world.
As Arnold would say, put down the cookie and keep pumping!! You will not regret it.
