How to fix True Finance app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the True Finance app on iPhone
Update True Finance app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall True Finance iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix True Finance on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve True Finance network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix True Finance not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the True Finance App
1. On android, goto Settings » True Finance » click [Force Stop]

Update True Finance to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear True Finance App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » True Finance » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart True Finance.

Fix True Finance unable to contact server/ True Finance internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click True Finance » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto True Finance » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
