How to fix Banktivity app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Banktivity app on iPhone
Update Banktivity app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Banktivity iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Banktivity on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Banktivity network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Banktivity Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Banktivity not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Banktivity App
1. On android, goto Settings » Banktivity » click [Force Stop]

Update Banktivity to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Banktivity App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Banktivity » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Banktivity.

Fix Banktivity unable to contact server/ Banktivity internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Banktivity » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Banktivity » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
