True Finance says that I owe them $32.99, but I paid them through my Golden 1 Credit Union checking account on January 29, 2026. I do not have access to my app because they say I owe them that money when I don't. This is making me quite angry. They won't let me use my app until I pay them, but I will not pay them twice. I do not know how to get in touch with them to show them that I do not owe them anything.

I have seen the dev responses to people from way back in January about not accepting new premium users. Here we are 3 months later and still nada. It’s a shame, because the app itself actually seems well done and easy to navigate. Maybe they’ll get it together.
Dev responded to me that they are open and to apply. I had the same results. Premium is “still limited”. Thanks for the reply though!

This app is well put together and very well organized and designed but looks in this case are incredibly deceiving. This app charges you a monthly fee before the customer knows wether or not it will work with any of the bank accounts a customer already has. That alone is the most devastating part of this review. Absolutely awful.

They don’t respond to messages when you need assistance. I read some terrible reviews but tried them anyway. Everything those terrible reviews said was accurate. They are simply out to take your fee first. With no refund option and no communication. Don’t waste your money or time with them.
