Hey, you're struggling to get to payday and don't have any money? Well simply pay them a fee before you're allowed to see if you're approved for an advance, once you're not they'll keep your fee and make money off of the desperate people. Incredible, don't believe the fake paid for 5 star reviews, or be prepared to lose the 3.99 fee just to be denied.

TrueFinance is well put together and very well organized and designed but looks in this case are incredibly deceiving. TrueFinance charges you a monthly fee before the customer knows wether or not it will work with any of the bank accounts a customer already has. That alone is the most devastating part of this review. Absolutely awful.

Don’t go with them they charge you for subscription and then they will leave you out dry. They keep trying to connect to my bank but they are okay to deduct money before any descision !!! After letting them know then don’t take any action no response and soo sad for this kind of response. AVOID THEM AT ANY COST. It’s a SCAM GUYS !!!

Your thieves you trick people that are broke into thinking that you’ll help and then you deny them and take more money. You should be ashamed. I want my money back. DO NOT GET TrueFinance!! i have been trying to delete my account from TrueFinance and they make it impossible, the chat takes 2 - 3 hours to respond and never respond back again, and when they do respond they give me steps on deleting it in TrueFinance which does not work.

I was charged an subscription fee before I even received the funds. TrueFinance said the fund was deposited it never was I selected the repay now but. I guess whatever funds that was in route would be returned. I would appreciate my $3.99 back because I didn’t technically used your service.

They don’t respond to messages when you need assistance. I read some terrible reviews but tried them anyway. Everything those terrible reviews said was accurate. They are simply out to take your fee first. With no refund option and no communication. Don’t waste your money or time with them.

Tried to use this for cash advance and gladly used my chime card to buy the subscription but couldn’t use it for the bank which is so stupid and literally makes no sense and took my out my account I can’t get back from the “subscription”

I have seen the dev responses to people from way back in January about not accepting new premium users. Here we are 3 months later and still nada. It’s a shame, because TrueFinance itself actually seems well done and easy to navigate. Maybe they’ll get it together.

Dev responded to me that they are open and to apply. I had the same results. Premium is “still limited”. Thanks for the reply though!

Since I bank with Chime I can’t look to receive a cash advance. Whether a bank is brick and mortar or an online bank doesn’t change the fact that they are banks. There is nothing different between the two and the fact that companies like True and many others make it seem like there is, only hurts the consumer at the end of the day. It’s a joke how Chime or Varo and others can’t be used. What makes Chime different from Chase or Wells Fargo or Bank of America?

They hide their eligibility requirements and algorithm to determine your cash advance behind a paywall. Then make it difficult to receive a refund. Don’t use TrueFinance if you are struggling and every dollar counts.

These loans are no help. They are $35 or less. What are you supposed to do with that? then you guys automatically assume that because the most deposited early does not mean that that’s my payday, so if I don’t get paid on that date, then now I have another issue.

I downloaded TrueFinance and after setting up my account, appears I can’t use the features since they do not accept my two accounts (Chime & PNC). Would have liked this information before giving my information. Bummer…

It’s pretty cool, but you know Darren times they always change things which now you can’t take anything out they only do one every 48 hours instead of $10. You can cash them multiple times they change that which is dumb but other than that, I mean, it’s a pretty OK app I guessbesides that I mean it’s always changing rules to making things worse but
