- Automatic chat system that doesn’t understand commands

- Upgraded to highest cost membership without prior notification

- Messages sent earlier in the day are wiped

How to fix Qapital app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Qapital app on iPhone
Update Qapital app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Qapital iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Qapital on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Qapital network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Qapital Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Qapital not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Qapital App
1. On android, goto Settings » Qapital » click [Force Stop]

Update Qapital to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Qapital App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Qapital » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Qapital.

Fix Qapital unable to contact server/ Qapital internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Qapital » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Qapital » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Qapital
