I downloaded Tufesa and opened it to see that it was only in Spanish and had no options from what I can tell to convert that to English. Got really frustrating trying to copy and paste the entire app just to try to convert to English so that I can make sense of it to book a bus ticket. A word to Tufesa developer it might be good idea if offering it on the US based app store to make Tufesa open in English and allow for to convert to Spanish or at least make it clear from the get-go but you can select either Spanish or English as soon as you open me up for the first time. Poor development decisions made by the developer. Very firm one star very firm one star

Muy mal servicio, segunda vez que viajo y se atrasa, no te informan en la central, ni la app, ni correo y la app te informa como si el viaje estuviera en proceso, puras mentiras

No sirve para nada la aplicacion. Ya me he quejado con soporte de this app hace mas de un año y aun no lo arreglan.

Tristemente no funciona a la hora de hacer el pago, ya lo intente con varias tarjetas y no se puede procesar el pago.

Pésima experiencia.
Hasta ahora no he podido hacer uso de la tecnología ya sea a través de la app sitio web o teléfono tienen un pésimo servicio. Únicamente en persona en terminal se puede reservar y/o comprar un boleto y tampoco es muy satisfactorio ya que el personal no es amable ni eficaz

Compre el boleto para salir a las 15:10 y son las 20:30 y aún no sale. El personal de las taquillas tampoco sabe el horario. Un completo desorden no recomiendo esta empresa para sus viajes. Lo peor!!

Dice que no se puede realizar el pago y que tarjeta rechazada y el banco ni avisa que se intento una compra o que se rechazó un gasto sospechoso, me imagino que es por no dar la promoción o no se por que sea pero es una estupidez

La aplicación no pasa del campo para escribir la ciudad y no se puede completar la transacción

No pude pagar con tarjeta por más que cambie de tarjeta 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩

I tried buying 5 tickets for family it's user friendly till the end. The moment you add a us address and phone the transaction is flagged as fraudulent due to behavior??? I tried with my debit card and even tried with my credit card.
This was very irritating because the companies website has the same issue(its worse). Both offer great discounts but they don't work and force you to pay full price over phone or walk in.

I’ve been trying since yesterday to order tickets and it just won’t let me it just gets me to the part to choose a seat and after that it doesn’t let me pay

Tufesa is very slow and many times it is unresponsive. Ive had to close and reopen Tufesa at-least 20 times not trying to see my ticket. Also a few times I’ve selected a seat and when i go to pay it says the seat is not available. Definitely needs some work on that.

A few years ago I rode this app. With the older buses there was more leg room. That was eliminated to pack more people in and make more money. Just as all airlines have done.

It would be nice if they offered an option to listen to the original English soundtrack on movies. WiFi doesn’t work on this buses. Extremely weak. I wasn’t able to connect to the WiFi at the Hermosillo bus station either.

Aclaro pésimo servicio en ventanilla de parte de vendedoras y de la encargada ni hablar sin criterio prefieren no vender que a dar un verdadero servicio al cliente, aclaro quise comprar boleto a Tucson en el momento no llevaba mi pasaporte y visa! Solo en fotos le aclaré que otras ocaciones lo compro por internet y no piden esos datos hasta al momento de abordar consciente estoy que deben de tener los datos pero en realidad al momento de presentarse si no los llevas no abordas otra al final del día al llegar a la frontera se presenta un eapis de pasajeros pero si no presenta documentos correctos no pasa

Falta la info de la hora de llegada al destino

I really like Tufesa! Would just really like it if would kept you updated on arrival times of certain routes. Other than that! Simple and easy to use, make it a 5 stars!

Sometimes Tufesa doesn’t let you book small trips and sometimes it doesn’t let you buy a ticket without having the guarantee. Overall though it’s a nice and easy app to use.
