How do you pay for items? PayPal? Is this a local app?

Looks like all of the clothing is from Sweden only..

It lets you pick countries like the US or Austria but nothing actually ships to those countries it’s all in Sweden?? Not great for Americans or people that don’t live in Sweden Finland etc.

1) I don’t speak Swedish. Everything is in Swedish. I’m not even in Sweden. Can you add a feature that translates everything to your own chosen language? It would make it much more usable.

2) I can’t contact costumer support. I feel like communication should be prioritized but I’m stuck alone trying to figure this out. I did check FAQ but it didn’t match my problem and sending a question was impossible. You try sending one and then there is a never ending loading screen and god forbid you exit it, your question never reaches anyone and the app gaslights you into thinking you never sent or tried to send anything

3) Sellers on here can be gone for months and nothing except for a little sign that says they were gone for more than a month is shown. It shouldn’t be possible to sell something if you can’t bother to check the app or at least have notifications on. I think your selling account should be put on pause if you are gone for more than 3 weeks

4) it would be helpful if you could see when someone has read your message so you know if your being ignored or not

Sincerely hope you read this and take some of it in to account. I like this app but I think it could become a lot more usual. It’s currently not reliable.
