MySynchrony Status

Won't work on note 10 plus. This seems to be a problem with everyone who has an older phone. People have older phones and still like to use them. Fix your shot. Stop forcing people to have to buy new phones all the time

I installed the app to my note 10 plus, it will not open, I uninstalled and reinstalled it many times, still will not work. it works fine on my s23 ultra but not the note 10 plus, I also cleared data and cahe nothing works. Is there an issue with the app on this older phone?

My synchrony app is not loading.

MySynchrony app stopped working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. tried to contact support i just get bounced around chat and live person but before I can get a support tec they ask for my card info. when I reinstall the app. it does nothing, I later will get a notice from my phone saying it will put it into deep sleep because it keeps crashing. what up with this Synchrony? My phone is up to date, and I have no problems with any other accounts. also, any feedback would be appreciated

I downloaded the app but after the SSN verification screen the app shuts off, i have tried deleting the app 3 times and then downloading again and still nothing.

Cannot access the website. I input login information and password, but the site just has the three yellow lines that move, but never goes further. Three Days now!!!!

I’m just trying to make an early payment on my synchrony card. However my Face ID login nor my password login are working. Fortunately I still have more than a week to make the payment before it is late, but I thought I would comment my problems with the app in case this somehow helps the issue to be resolved.

I have tried for 5 hours to make my payment and the app won't take my bank information. I've tried calling the payment in, and all I got was please hold someone will be with you in a moment and that's been over 4 hours. Now my payment is going to be late. This upsets me.
