the app is working, but when I go to pay, it wont let me. It says error with payment. I use valid cards and APPLE pay, and they are all valid, however, the BK app wont accept. PLEASE HELP
App technically works. BUT, all restaurants are offline!!!!!!!
Trying to order using app, and it says no stores are accepting app orders
Hi, When I try to log in and enter my email address it won't let me, it saids that my email adress is wrong. Updated app, cleared cache, deleted and reloaded app, restarted phone still not working. Do not have problem on any other site or app. Have android samsung Galaxy s21 fe.
I have been trying to order breakfast in the app, but it won't let me. I tried to order the Egg and Cheese Crosandwich at about 7:30, but I get the message the "This item is available at 6am, try again later. You can get it at the drive thru until 10am, so what is the problem? Do I really have to order it at exactly 6am to get it? I was ordering for delivery. I may be done with Burger King now.

Told to go to BK to redeem a coupon. Not redeemable for the vegetarian Whopper! Can’t use. E-mailed, and given your promo $5 off coupon. Only usable on your mobile app. Tried twice. BKs near me either don’t use app, or it’s down. They all take my order, then say, “Cjoose a different store.” EXTREMELY disappointed that BK won’t honor coupons for vegetarians, and when they compensate you for your trouble, it appears to just be a promo, and that doesn’t work! No compensation! I give up on BK. Shame cuz I love that meal!
App keeps hanging up when goung to order, tried last night and tonight. I ended ordering somewhere else. No idea what's wrong with it
I’ve used the BK app pretty much throughout the pandemic. Recently (past couple of weeks), when I load the cart and proceed to Checkout, the app just shows three dots appearing in sequence over and over. It won’t let me complete the order. Very frustrating. If you can’t fix it, I won’t be coming back to Burger King.
Doesn’t work anymore. Stalls at checkout and lost 2 orders since because they first time I thought it was down… ordered somewhere else. This month, did same thing; doesn’t want to checkout.
App not working. I was getting a message that restaurant was unavailable, now it won’t let me customize.
How to change language on my burger King app?
On the BK app there’s two stores near my residence. Both addresses show on the app when asking me which store to choose. When I choose the store on arrival it gives a six digit code and the store employees tell me they only accept four digit codes and that they can not acknowledge and accept my order. It’s been like six digit codes for at least 4 months now. Before then it was as four digit codes until Burger King app updated. I’m really upset about this
