How to fix EveryPlate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EveryPlate app on iPhone
Update EveryPlate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EveryPlate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EveryPlate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EveryPlate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

EveryPlate Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix EveryPlate not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the EveryPlate App
1. On android, goto Settings » EveryPlate » click [Force Stop]

Update EveryPlate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EveryPlate App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EveryPlate » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EveryPlate.

Fix EveryPlate unable to contact server/ EveryPlate internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EveryPlate » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EveryPlate » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
