Cant log in to my app on my android phone . Keep getting « please wait » And nothing happen

Last week the digital key stopped working, now the app is "froze" on that days data. No new information is showing up and I cannot see any hotel or stay specific information.

App just spinning can not log in

Same problem as everyone else - not letting me log in, just spinning all the time! Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and just the same thing every time.

Can’t log on or book rooms or use a digital Key

Same as above, won't let me log in on the app, keeps spinning. Log in on website works fine, but I use the app all the time for I book last minute as I travel. Over a week, deleted and reinstalled with no luck. How about some help

I am yet another person who can't login to app. Just keeps spinning.

Same as everyone above. Can't sign in. "Please Wait" and keeps spinning. Android phone. Even called to chat with an agent, who only advised to uninstall and reinstall. They said the app was working fine and obviously it isn't.

Hilton ap will not let me log in but I can online! I already tried resetting password

My app will not allow me to log in. It just keeps spinning

Will not allow me to sign in. I can click to join but when I click to sign it just starts circling

The app doesn't update any more, it's not showing the points of a recent stay (5000 point difference) its not showing previous stays or my upcoming stay next week. I've spoken with someone over the phone and logged in to check my points info etc online and the details in my account online are correct, but they don't match the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice. Please help as I'd like reliably use the app on the phone (apple).

There is arror comimg on my app which is saying (string must match the specified regular expression)

I would love to delete the list of recent searched locations
