It’s stuck on put your phone number

It used to be good and I had placed few orders before and got 20%off discount and earned some reward points

Then I couldn’t signed in anymore. When I reset my password, it asked to put my phone number in. Whenever I put my phone number in, it always says “the phone number has been taken “ 😤😤😤😤of course it’s been taken. It’s my phone number and I wanted to signed in.

So I can’t use it anymore. I couldn’t order though LeesSandwiches or get the online order discount or earn rewards.

Can someone work on LeesSandwiches fix that stupid bug/problem/error?

Downloaded but app won’t load once launched

They are offering a service for healthcare workers to receive free meals during coronavirus May 4-May 10 and certain locations allow ordering via LeesSandwiches . I downloaded it but once I launch LeesSandwiches , it gets stuck on the “Loading your smart experience” screen for a very long time. Never getting to the interactive home page.

Your app won’t load. Any you don’t allow any other way to place online orders, which is ridiculous at any time, but especially during this pandemic.

Rewards system poorly executed

LeesSandwiches will not give you rewards point for your purchases unless you scan the QR code and employees don't ask to scan it. I've made purchases twice on here thinking I'll get rewards and I didn't. Frustrating.

Hello, LeesSandwiches has been working fine in the beginning but now my “earned rewards” disappears after I earn towards the $3 off banked rewards. How can this get fixed? Kindly assist. Thank you.

great food. app doesn’t save card despite checkbox too. they should fix it because i don’t always have my credit card with me when i want lee’s.
