Hello, I go to store #416( Williamsburg, VA) about 3 days a week. I am writing to let you know that i am very unhappy that you change your sandwich bags to hand stamped. They are extremely hard to read. I don't understand why you switched it up. The preprinted bags before were so much better & easy to read. No issues at all. I beg you to change them back the way they were before. While I was standing in line to pay, I overheard other customers complaining about the same thing. I am not alone. On another note, I wanted to say that at my local store the employees there always greet me with a nice smile & a "Hello, How is your day going" . The store is very clean & the sandwiches are always made correctly & taste delicious. Thank You for addressing these issues, Louisa Britton
Order number # 400315913 We had ordered a Turkey and Cheese sandwich with NO LETTUCE OR TOMATO MAYO/ MUSTARD ONLY HOT REGULAR BREAD i RECEIVED JUST A TURKEY SANDWICH NO CHEESE I CALLED THE SANDWICH PLACE AND THE WOMAN THAT ANSWERED THE OHNE I EXPLAINED TO HER (MADDIE) WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE SANDWICH AND SHE STATED SHE MADE IT RIGHT AND THAT THERE WOULD NOT BE A REMAKE NOR A REFUND (VERY RUDE) I ASKED FOR HER MANAGER NICOLE AND WILL BE IN AFTER 4 TONIGHT AND TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL TELL HER MANAGER THAT SHE MADE THE SANDWICH RIGHT AND HUNG UP ON ME. ONE THIS SANDWICH IS WAS FOR THE PRESIDENT OF OUR COMPANY. TWO WE SPEND A LOT OF MONEY ORDERING FROM YOUR COMPANY. PLEASE REACH OUT WITH A FUTURE EXPLANATION. GINA R.

Thought I’d give them another chance. Can’t reorder because it says item no longer available. I attempt to rebuild my order and sure enough, the sandwich is available- I’m just not allowed to customize veggies, sauces, etc. The limitations of this tool actually prevent me from wanting to be a customer in any way. Not going to call or place order in person when I know that the previously convenient method has been removed. Congratulations, app team- I no longer wish to spend money at the restaurant you serve.
Original review: I attempted to order my usual in the go, something that took less than 45 seconds in previous version, only to discover my order history and payment info deleted. Next time I used, earliest pick up times changed from 18 minutes to 30 minutes and on quarter hour increments only. My wife was at the store before they even started the order. Not only is the app useless, it actually removes WichWich as an option for fast food.

I was perturbed when the local WhichWich - which I frequent regularly - told me that instead of giving my phone number, I now had to download the app AND scan my receipts to earn rewards points. But I got over that. Except - when I tried to scan the receipt, I received an error that stated I was not "within range" of a WhichWich location, and my efforts to manually enter the barcode (the alternative option) also failed with the same error - not to mention that the app would only permit me to enter about half the number of digits actually listed below the barcode. I was further surprised when I was sitting in the WhichWich, and still got the error stating that my receipt could not be submitted because I was not within range of a store location. Three emails - over two weeks - to customer support (ironically identified as "LoyaltyHelp") have yet to yield a response. Yeah, it's a choice to participate in the rewards program, but it's also a choice to be a customer of WhichWich...which I soon may stop being.

This app is such trash. About 50% of the time it tells me I am “not in range of a which wich location” while I am literally sitting IN the shop 8 feet away from the register that printed the receipt. Last time I tried to contact their support, they got back to me and offered to enter it into the system for me if I provided the receipt.... which sounds reasonable, except it took them almost 4 months after I submitted the issue for them to send the first reply, and then they acted surprised that I didn’t save a $9 sandwich receipt from 4 months prior.... haha, what normal person would do that? It’s honestly an insane expectation on their part. This whole thing is laughably stupid.... where does it think I am that it tells me I’m “not in range of the store” while literally sitting IN the store?
