I recently uploaded your latest update 10.0 from the App Store. I have an iPhone 6s and run iOS 12.5.5. When I press the Trend security app it flashes to a red screen and closes instantly. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but it does the same thing. My iPhone is currently unprotected and the licence for your app expires on 1/9/22. I did contact your ‘Chat line’ but my problem was not resolved. Please help me. Thanks, Andrew.

How to fix Trend Micro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Trend Micro app on iPhone
Update Trend Micro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Trend Micro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Trend Micro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Trend Micro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Trend Micro Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Trend Micro not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Trend Micro App
1. On android, goto Settings » Trend Micro » click [Force Stop]

Update Trend Micro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Trend Micro App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Trend Micro » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Trend Micro.

Fix Trend Micro unable to contact server/ Trend Micro internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Trend Micro » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Trend Micro » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Trend Micro
