I recently uploaded your latest update 10.0 from the App Store. I have an iPhone 6s and run iOS 12.5.5. When I press the Trend security app it flashes to a red screen and closes instantly. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but it does the same thing. My iPhone is currently unprotected and the licence for your app expires on 1/9/22. I did contact your ‘Chat line’ but my problem was not resolved. Please help me. Thanks, Andrew.
