I don’t know what happened but I’ve used you guys for a while now and although I could see slowdowns in my WiFi access speeds they wer aggravating but tolerable.
I’ve now gone from WiFi connection speeds of 400+ Mbs to 10 and 20 Mbs. I’m running an iPhone 11 Pro and it was fine before. I know it’s your app because I still get blazing speeds from my iPad Pro 112.9 and my wife’s iPhone 8’s and my wife’s iPad 7th generation in the same room in the same seat run simultaneously or minutes apart. The only difference thankfully 😅 I didn’t load them on my other devices.
You need to fix this or I’m gone as a customer. I wish I had never purchased your services for a year because if I stop I’m still locked in for a year. I’m not impressed. I also use your other app for protecting my system and now I’m suspicious of it too but I’ll tell you in the ratings for that one.

Have used this for two years now. About 6 months ago, I deleted it from my iPad because VPN was not needed (not “air”, and never connected to anyone else’s WiFi). Now, over the last month, maybe longer, the Safari browser just stopped working on my iPhone. Would not connect to any website nor would it allow me to follow any links (known to me) from my email. It’s like something locked up my phone as if parental control suddenly got switched on. Checked every setting-no reason it should be behaving this way and of course, VPN cannot be turned off.
Deleted Trend Micro, and instantly, my phone connects again (same thing happened with a different browser as well).
Sooo frustrating being out and about, unable to search for stores, restaurants, attractions, etc. Used to be a good service, what happened?

There is nothing more annoying than a company who offers the free trial but then makes it nearly impossible to decline or switch off auto-renew. Do not “trial” this software if you are not sure you want it. To turn-off auto renew and prevent future billing is next to impossible — it can be done but it is a lot of work. I’ve found that it is impossible within the App itself on your phone, so you will have to get to a PC and log into your TrendMicro account. Within the app on your phone, NONE of the Manage Subscription links work (they all lead to “Page Not Found” splash pages). Extremely frustrating, so I would not recommend! As far as the App itself, I found that performance of my phone suffered after install. Battery life is shorter and overall speed is slower. Not worth it for me.
