Every time I use bing which is my main, I can start to search something and then it just crashes and i'm sent bk to home screen it happens with Rewards and news basically everything. I've uninstalled the App and reinstalled still no difference please help.

Problem started when the language changed to Italian. Since then, unable to accumulate points on computer or phone. Bing has always been buggy for me & I have decades of network experience. The usual directions given by help, as usual, never work. (clear the cache, restart the computer or phone, etc..) There's no doubt this is an internal issue with Microsoft..

EVERYTIME I attempt a Bing search, the page I am trying to load will show up on the screen momentarily and then the screen goes blank. In order to proceed with my search, I have to refresh the screen and then the desired page will show up on my screen and I can proceed. This happens all the time when I am in Bing and requires me to constantly be refreshing the screen if I want to see the desired web page I am trying to reach. It DOES NOT happen when I use Mozilla or Google, so it is definitely a problem with Bing. As I use Bing to search and use Bing Rewards, this persisting problem is extremely annoying. Thinking this was a virus on my computer, I purchased another at a cost of $800+ and the problem occurred once again, immediately. Totally fed up, frustrated and cannot find a solution. Thank you.
