previous version worked excellently. this version does not connect on iPhone at all. afraid to update my iPad with it. Can't downgrade the versions and can't see anything. Please fix this soon!

Can you guys not manage to make ACTi crash every two seconds thanks!!

ACTi interface is extremely lacking. On iOS the features are berry light with only basic viewing and some difficult to sue POV controls. ACTi does not support video playback from SD. For what these systems cost I would expect at least a better app.

ACTi is simply unreliable. It is able to load the streams, however when trying to select an individual camera for viewing, it shows a grey window in the place of a video stream. Zooming in on a stream is a multi step process, as if it was written on software designed in the '90s. Don't waste your time with ACTi, I've reinstalled it and tried every trick in the book to get it working properly and with no results. this app, you can do much better.

How do get the Info to add cameras?

I can’t even use it on my iPhone 14 Pro. It causes the entire phone to crash. Super concerning. Do not trust!!

Even with perfect WiFi, even standing in the restaurant, it can’t seem to load anything.

City of New Boston, Michigan's poor attempt to hide the fact that the railroad continues to screw them. Bad solution by the city to choose. Camera never works at Sibley and Eureka which are the most important streets. Nice try. If I could give 0 stars I would. Neat.

Updated app iPhone. Running a cms with 17 schools on it. When you view one school it is show camera from the other schools. Doesn’t matter what location is pulled up. All showing end every camera on system individually.

This version is completely unusable with any iPhone 14. Have tried on several and it actually causes the phone to crash, requiring a long power button hold to get the phone to boot. This is much more concerning than an app crash…..

Why does it rotate the screen whenever i slide FWD or back??? It cancels the zoom you had on and zooms out automatically then flips (rotates) the screen when you slide in playback.
ACTi also did not let me log in after setting it up and setting configs, i press next and ACTi crashes, it took months to solve this.

MobileGo was better than ACTi for two huge reasons. One, you can zoom the whole image of the camera with out the need of digital zoom (and digital zoom is awful). Two, you can play back remote recorded events. This is a step back for this app... I only hope I can get better. :*(

I don't want to be forced to use a user name and password when security isn't necessary.

this app just released NVR3.0.16.29 which brings support for TLS and encryption, however ACTi does not support it. Please add it!

So far so good. Seems to work better than MobileGo, able to connect to my NVR3 server and view my cameras. No ability to view recorded video though.

Working with cameras directly it works ok for viewing- except with multiple cameras there is no way in landscape mode view of camera image to go back to select a different camera because the back arrow button is not visible. The workaround is to rotate mobile device back to portrait mode to make the back arrow appear to tap it - then rotate back to landscape mode for the larger image view.

Finally an this app client that you can actually have multiple locations saved. In the older client you could not do that you had to Manually punch In IP address every time...Easy to use and works for me

Pleased with the this app App. I had issues in the past w/ACTi , It occurred on a update.I emailed customer service, they promptly replied, and addressed my issue.

ACTi works totally fine from what I can tell.
I think most of these reviewers have no idea what they’re doing. That or they are mistaking ACTi for something else entirely.

If it doesn't work After installing this version then you need firmware update and possible update your cameras as well. If you are having trouble then please contact this app tech support. They can assist updating remotely. Great work this app.
