The mobile deposit for this bank/app is way too sensitive and often times doesn’t even work. I’ve spent hours trying to change lighting/angles trying to deposit checks and I rarely even use checks. These checks are not even handwritten and HarleysvilleBank offers no way to manually make changes to check numbers and the feedback on why the check won’t deposit is worthless.

I’ve used HarleysvilleBank since it first came out and it’s always been fine until this past year. Every time I log in on HarleysvilleBank it automatically logs me out within About 10 seconds or if I try to click any page. I’ve deleted and downloaded HarleysvilleBank . I’ve even gotten a new phone this year And the problem persists.

HarleysvilleBank usually runs really smooth, with little to no problems. However, everyone once in awhile, Face ID won’t work, or HarleysvilleBank itself won’t let you log in. This problem has only happened to be a couple times and was fixed quickly

With this latest update I’m even happier using this intuitive, seamless app. I downloaded it to my iPhone upon its introduction years ago. Thank you!

HarleysvilleBank is easy to navigate and pretty quick to load everything.

I'm new to Harleysville bank, so far everyone is wonderful, they have put up with me from day 1. Especially the assistant manager, Ron he's a very nice man very good asset to your company.

Been with this bank for about 15 years. When they were called Harleysville Savings Bank. They are awesome. Never had a problem with any of the branches.

HarleysvilleBank needs to be fixed so that it works with iOS. It’s a good app when it works, but it’s not working well right now.

I’ve been banking with Harleysville Savings for over 30 years. HarleysvilleBank is great, to easily stay up on my accounts, transfer funds, and make deposits. The search function is so handy when trying to find a particular transaction. The communication tool is great as well. I always get a fast response when inquiring on an issue via HarleysvilleBank .

It’s great to open HarleysvilleBank , quickly view balances & transactions & easily be able to transfer $ between internal, or internal & external accounts!

Would be nice if there was a monthly summary of expenses from a checking account. High level like amount spent on gas, utilities, food dining out etc

It seems to be able to do what most other banks are doing with their customer accounts now. Deposits can be a little finicky but most everything else works very well.

Easy to use, easy to enable multi-factor authentication, easy to deposit checks!
