Mobile deposit is awful

The mobile deposit for this bank/app is way too sensitive and often times doesn’t even work. I’ve spent hours trying to change lighting/angles trying to deposit checks and I rarely even use checks. These checks are not even handwritten and the app offers no way to manually make changes to check numbers and the feedback on why the check won’t deposit is worthless.
App logs me off after 10 seconds

I’ve used this app since it first came out and it’s always been fine until this past year. Every time I log in on the app it automatically logs me out within About 10 seconds or if I try to click any page. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app. I’ve even gotten a new phone this year And the problem persists.
Very good with minimal problems

The app usually runs really smooth, with little to no problems. However, everyone once in awhile, Face ID won’t work, or the app itself won’t let you log in. This problem has only happened to be a couple times and was fixed quickly
