I just ordered for the 2nd day in a row as a new customer, besides it got delayed 30mins,it delivered to the wrong address since for yesterday’s order I added a different address as comment and called them to ensure it goes correctly- at that time they didn’t explain I need to remove from the comments as it’s saved the second address in my profile, conclusion: today’s order got delivered to yesterday’s address and the receipt I got states it delivered to the right address!.. That’s would be fine if they would fix and resent my order, Instead I got to reach a third rep in line that was rude to assume I don’t understand how their system works and try to patronize me, interrupt instead of also finally deliver the order. He has to start going to customer service seminars for a while to become helpful

Here’s the problem in Greece. Souvlakia… that’s the problem. Lack of creativity. I mean, come on people, Greece is supposed to be a culinary heaven but for some reason all I find on efooddelivery is souvlakia… here’s an idea for you Greek restauranteurs, how about Italian, Spanish, Mexican or Latin, maybe vertical specialties along ethnic or Greek lines. Maybe specialty regional Greek cuisine? I get it, souvlakia is quick, but come on man think a bit outside the box. The country has become a giant souvlaki joint… eFood should limit overdone styles and focus on variety.

After almost four years of abuse from this company I have had enough. efooddelivery and efood customer support is absolutely horrendous, the worst Greek food delivery service out there. No protection for the customer, they must get paid to alter and not post certain reviews since all restaurant reviews go through their “review process” because some reviews magically never appear despite meeting their “criteria”. I cannot wait until Wolt is available in my area.

efooddelivery was great for ordering food during our trip to Athens. I highly recommend it to any traveler! I usually opted to do cash on arrival, but when we used a card that worked well too!

When you in Greece and don’t speak the language, E-Food keep you out of starvation.

This is ridiculous. I was planning on getting my order when my phone rang and e-food asked me for my Greek phone number. They said my order had to be cancelled if I cannot provide a Greek phone number. That doesn’t make ANY sense. If some restaurants don’t offer service to people who have international numbers, they should simply not be on the platform. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH efooddelivery AND COMPANY.

the deals mostly don’t apply to coffee when 99 percent of Greece is nothing but

efooddelivery doesn’t offer two factor authentication. Don’t use it and don’t store any cards in efooddelivery . Someone stole almost 150 euros from within efooddelivery . Efood refused to refund the amount. I am still waiting a response from the regarding the protection against identity theft. Avoid storing any cards. You will get ripped off eventually

Living in the dorms. Very convenient to have and has plenty of food options. Just wish it had everything in English as well.

We are very happy with efooddelivery helps us find what we need to feed our hunger.

Great app aside from efood’s delivery service which is quite expensive

I’ve used a lot of apps and different websites like Uber eats and store websites and I can say that efood is the best.

I don’t know how to see my actual order, and trying to find that order I asked for another one more, no way to contact the restaurant or something, it would have like a chat or some stuff

We use efooddelivery on a regular basis to order dinner, lunch or something sweet. I like efooddelivery layout and the piñata’s!!

I deleted my account and efooddelivery from my phone. They want to treat their delivery drivers like chattel while corporate profits in the millions! I refuse to be a part of that and I urge you all to do the same!

App is trash because it doesn’t work. Good luck getting anything delivered or updated, or even arriving. Good luck of them even finding your address.
