I just ordered for the 2nd day in a row as a new customer, besides it got delayed 30mins,it delivered to the wrong address since for yesterday’s order I added a different address as comment and called them to ensure it goes correctly- at that time they didn’t explain I need to remove from the comments as it’s saved the second address in my profile, conclusion: today’s order got delivered to yesterday’s address and the receipt I got states it delivered to the right address!.. That’s would be fine if they would fix and resent my order, Instead I got to reach a third rep in line that was rude to assume I don’t understand how their system works and try to patronize me, interrupt instead of also finally deliver the order. He has to start going to customer service seminars for a while to become helpful

After almost four years of abuse from this company I have had enough. This app and efood customer support is absolutely horrendous, the worst Greek food delivery service out there. No protection for the customer, they must get paid to alter and not post certain reviews since all restaurant reviews go through their “review process” because some reviews magically never appear despite meeting their “criteria”. I cannot wait until Wolt is available in my area.

This is ridiculous. I was planning on getting my order when my phone rang and e-food asked me for my Greek phone number. They said my order had to be cancelled if I cannot provide a Greek phone number. That doesn’t make ANY sense. If some restaurants don’t offer service to people who have international numbers, they should simply not be on the platform. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS APP AND COMPANY.
