I’m trying to draw graphs for a calculus review and the auto detect straight line feature isn’t working. I’ve checked in the settings and the slider is in the green position, however, the line doesn’t auto detect when I have the pencil held down for a few seconds to make the line straight. I can make straight lines by selecting the straight line tool from the menu it’s just not time efficient.

How to fix ZoomNotes Lite app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ZoomNotes Lite app on iPhone
Update ZoomNotes Lite app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ZoomNotes Lite iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ZoomNotes Lite on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ZoomNotes Lite network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix ZoomNotes Lite not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ZoomNotes Lite App
1. On android, goto Settings » ZoomNotes Lite » click [Force Stop]

Update ZoomNotes Lite to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZoomNotes Lite App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ZoomNotes Lite » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ZoomNotes Lite.

Fix ZoomNotes Lite unable to contact server/ ZoomNotes Lite internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ZoomNotes Lite » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ZoomNotes Lite » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ZoomNotes Lite
