I have been using this app and randomly in the middle of the night it shuts off. When I try to restart it it will not start up again. I find that I have to delete the app and reinstall to get it to work again. Help!

Fix White Noise Lite on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve White Noise Lite network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix White Noise Lite not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the White Noise Lite App
1. On android, goto Settings » White Noise Lite » click [Force Stop]

Update White Noise Lite to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear White Noise Lite App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » White Noise Lite » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart White Noise Lite.

Fix White Noise Lite unable to contact server/ White Noise Lite internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click White Noise Lite » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto White Noise Lite » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch White Noise Lite
