Why do these company keep adding all this bloat to their applications I just need to see how much I have that it no more no less. Just give me an app that lets me see how much I have and what I’ve spent that’s it. I don’t want to transfer or pay bills through you or add any other cards other than the one debit card that changes automatically when I get a replacement. I know this sounds like old man yells at cloud but I’m in my 30s and already tired of this and for gods sakes put a dark mode in your setting so people don’t go blind from you blinding white background.

I’ve been banking with lnb for about half a year now and it has been awful, they don’t do early direct deposit unlike every other bank or do they do overdraft and someone told me when they do they charge like 30$ fee to overdraft… there’s also so many HIDDDEN FEES. But myLiberty itself is awful too there is always “technical difficulties “ or it says my login is wrong even though it’s saved onto myLiberty . Sometimes I just need to check my balance and I can’t even do that…

at random, myLiberty will not let me login and instead will tell me they “are unable to validate my information,” or just give me an error message. either way, they tell me to call for assistance, which i usually wouldn’t mind doing, except this is a DAILY thing. sometimes i just want to check my balance but i can’t do that because i’m locked out of my account. fix your app.

Great bank. They are customer oriented. They remember you by name. This is for sure a one-stop shop and the best part is they are local. The options of service are endless but they treat their customers with great respect which is a valued asset,today. One of the most sincere forms of respect is actually listening to what another has to say. Liberty listens to the customer....always listens. Look no further for your banking needs.

This is the best bank I have ever used. Every time I use the drive up or go into the bank they all know me by name. They even called to wish me happy birthday. Friendliest bank ever! Five stars all the way

I love the mobile app, it makes it easy to check balances, transactions, transfer money. Very user friendly.

myLiberty has always been useful. Yet, they continue to find ways to make it better and user-friendly.
