I keep recording audio but you can barely hear it. I have never had this issue before
App keeps crashing
Same as last person—over half of my videos are just white screen with audio intact. Really bummed to lose some of my favorite creations.
I opened the app and it was "optimizing videos". After the app finished optimizing my videos, I've lost over half of my videos. Audio is there, but the screen is all white.
I've made a big video with many embossed photos, animated type, and animated Gifs. Unfortunately, the video keeps crashing as I try to save it. Please advise. Thank you.
I got an error of parse response while trying to download to youtube
