I have a problem with WICShopper

- Functionality is not great

- Ineligible items are still scanned as eligible

- Sugar-loaded, chemical-filled cereals are covered, but healthier options are not

- Cannot see quantities of food on the app

- Cannot register card with the app

- Have to run around with a piece of paper or receipts to remember what is needed

The app keeps saying my epic card isn't found or is invalid but I've checked multiple times and the number is correct. What do I do?

To resolve WICShopper network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the WICShopper App
1. On android, goto Settings » WICShopper » click [Force Stop]

Clear WICShopper App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WICShopper » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WICShopper.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WICShopper » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WICShopper » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WICShopper
